Fenicci's of Hershey Ratings and Reviews
We dined here prior to a show at the Giant Center. We let our waitress know that we had a time crunch. She assured us we would make it and she was right. We had a great meal (orders included chicken parmigiana, salmon, butchers block and seafood alfredo). Everyone enjoyed their meals and a few had leftovers. We will surely visit again .
My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner here. This was our second year in a row coming here for Valentine’s Day and I’m positive that we will keep coming back. Our waitress was excellent and the food was amazing. I really liked how they had a flower for each of the ladies that night. I will definitely recommend Fenicci’s to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
This is the second time for me eating here. I had the Seafood Alfredo and it was great, we waited a long time for dinner to be served and it was a little stiff with the sauce but, very good. I just ate this past Sunday and was very disappointed in the Chicken Parm. It was not hot, the spaghetti had very little sauce and VERY watery. I was very disappointed but, will try your Fanicci's again but, hoping things are a little better.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Smiles from the hostess to the owner. We had reservations and were seated in a booth near the bar. Everything was perfect from the server Erika, to the fresh bread and salads to the delicious dinner.
We will be back...and will definitely bring friends.
I decided to try Fenicci's because it has been around for so long, and I was sure it would be a great dinner. The evening started out well. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered drinks and our food pretty soon after we sat down. Our drinks and soup came out pretty quickly. After this, things went downhill. Our waitress would disappear for a long amount of time. We needed drink refills for at least 10 minutes before we could flag her down to get them. Our dinners took way too long to come out, and when they did, my order was incorrect. Our meals finally arrived correctly, but I had ordered applesauce, and it was spilled all over my steak and crabcake. At some point, I went to use the bathroom, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1937. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone else. Overall, it just was not a good experience.
Never disappointed!! Made a lunch reservation for a Saturday afternoon. We chose a booth near the bar and received the same great service as the dining room. All our food was amazing; appetizers, salad and entrees all came out well spaced and not rushed. We always make room for dessert and we were not disappointed. Obviously we will be back again!!
Our dining experience was very good. One member of our party needed a lactose -free meal, and the menu had several options for this. Our waitress also checked with the chef to make sure her order was lactose-free. This was the waitress's first day at Fenicci's but she did an excellent job and was very attentive. The food came in good time and was delicious. We will return!
My wife and I came for dinner for our date night. We had a horrible experience. The food was very bland. Also, when our entres came out from the kitchen my wife’s entre was wrong (the wrong pasta). By the time they came with the correct entre, I was already done eating my meal. We spoke to a manager about it and got absolutely no response, not even an apology. I hope others don’t have the same experience we had and that customers are treated a little differently than we were. Not sure we will be back and will surely not recommend Fenicci’s to anybody. I suppose when people are waiting at the door to get a seat, you can just brush off any negative experiences the customers have because you know that you can always fill those tables.
We were there celebrating a birthday but nothing was said or done and it was in the reservation. They have a special going on called Date Night, with 3 courses and a bottle of wine. We we not given that menu to choose from, we had to ask. In the past the wine choices always included a sweet wine, Riesling. This time all wines were somewhat dry. The food was good but disappointed in the wine.
Had a 5pm reservation for 4; we were seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to take the food orders. Waited another 45 minutes for the meal to be served. Restaurant was extremely busy, many patrons were complaining about the length of the wait time for their orders.
I’m all about first impressions and when we first arrived through the door we were ignored by the hostess. She did not acknowledge us at all and continued to speak with a waitress. For some reason they didn’t have our reservation but were able to seat us. We were placed in a kid filled section. The charcuterie board was too expensive for what we got on it. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I don’t think we will be returning.
