Sarah was a wonderful waitress! She was attentive and friendly the entire evening. I wasn’t a huge fan of the cocktail I ordered and she made sure to replace it with another that was absolutely delicious, she really went above and beyond and was very sweet. The food was great and the atmosphere is very chic and clean. We will definitely be returning!
Incredible open air space with a great ambiance and food for all tastes and diets!
The food, atmosphere, waitstaff, and host were all outstanding. We feel like we finally found a restaurant that we will return to over and over again. The authentic Italian pizza was perfect for one or two people; the salad was lightly dressed and tasty, the mussels prepared just as we like them. We also noticed the noise level was muffled and we could easily hear one another. We can't wait for our next visit.
Service was terrible. Food was great
Always bring hot coffee after or together with the desert, never before, because by the time the desert arrive the coffees are not warm anymore.
The menu could be made a bit richer, more choices that is.
This place has amazing ambiance, food and service
Good food ...good ambience...will return
Always great. We took friends who had not been before and they loved everything about Fellow. We had a mix of appetizers and entrees and it was excellent.
this was a pleasant surprise. Ravioli with chards, butter and sage among the best I ever had. will be back for sure
Bolognese was pretty good. Calamari was fair at best. My wife's sausage pizza was about as bland as you can get. Very little flavor. Not returning anytime soon.
We enjoyed it. Kale salad, cold octopus dish and Salmon all tasty. Limited desserts.
Chef Ben has been on his game for years...we met him at Crudo. He is implementing creative, tasty dishes that are go-back worthy. This night, he brought us a goat cheese, meyer lemon, mint inspired pizza that was wonderful and with the arugula-based salad, was perfect. We will definitely be a return customer! Dr.B
I had a great experience! Took my boyfriend here for his Birthday dinner and received exceptional service, and they made the day very special.
Great vibes,service,food & drinks ! Love this place !!
We come here once a month. The service is always consistent which is important to us. The food quality is absolutely fantastic! I love that they added a few new items to the menu and they mix it up a bit as the seasons change.
Tasty, tasty food, artfully presented. Unique selection of Italian wines. Welcoming yet sleek decor. Nick and Josh have nailed it again.
Love this place! Really great staff, food and wine great, would have preferred italian bread to pita for antipasti, but generally great in all respects.
Service and attention was great. Portions slightly shorts but good quality and combination of flavors in pastas. The salmon not good actually and the side of polenta first thing to change in the menu. Nice ambient. Will give a second try!.
Thank you for the feedback! You will be happy to know we have changed the Salmon dish recently and the new version is amazing . We would love to have you back to get your opinion . Thank you,
I don’t live in AZ but I do travel there. I’ll definitely return and want to try your other restaurant too. I had a great experience and appreciated being treated so graciously.
Excellent food and the prices are good. Our party had three different pasta dishes and all were wonderful. The calamari appetizer was outstanding - light tempura type batter, not greasy, delicious.
Great service! We brought our infant daughter and they were very kind and attentive to her. Great food, great drinks so happy this is in the neighborhood!
This is a lovely Italian bistro in a contepoary setting with a perfect indoor-outdoor feel created by its beautiul patio seating area that meets seemlessly with its modern, high celinged-interior. You enter by walking past its own sinbature cutting garden filled with herbs and leafy greens, and full height glass windows let abundant light into this soaring space and its beautifully polished floors. It has an excellent bar, a thoughtfully curated and affordable wine menu, and the pasta dishes are excellent - and also very well-priced given the quality, and the superb setting. This is a gem.
Great atmosphere. Service was outstanding and very informative on wine and menu. Best old fashioned I have had in a long time! The staff is simply outstanding. Will definitely be going back
Anxious to try the pizza and the first few times it was really good but the last 2 times it didn’t seem to be as good. To me it is all about the crust. Don’t know if there is s new pizza chef or why it is different. We will try again and hope it improves.
Noodles on the Spaghetti Bolognese where very under cooked, almost breaking in half. The sauce was amazing and we will definitely be back. Just thought I let you know about the noodles.
It was a great last minute choice for 2 couples and we were so glad to find this jewel. It’s a young and buzzing crowd with a great DJ but we were able to talk and hear each other anyway. The servers were knowledgeable, friendly and great. The waitstaff really know the menu and are so nice. 2 of us are vegetarians and there were number of choices. The calamari is just “soso” but the rest of our pasta choices were great, as are the sides. The beet salad and kale salad are huge and fantastic.
In summary, you will love the fresh farm-to-table food and service. It’s noisy and lively but, that just adds to the fun.
The beet salad is wonderful though it could use more beets and less arugula. Their homemade pesto is bright and lovely with the appetizer and pasta. The pesto pasta is even better with grilled shrimp added. Wine list is quite good. The open to the patio area makes it a little cool inside and when the dj begins at 8 it is impossible to have a conversation inside or out so go earlier if you want to talk.
Gorgeous decor and ambiance- the swiss chard ravioli was amazing and the service was great. We will absolutely be returning!!!
Pizza perfection! Warm, welcoming, attentive, staff! Everything is delicious!
We sat on the patio and shared a bottle of wine. The pasta dishes were all delicious! We went next door after to Bitters. Enjoyed everything!
Fresh produce, home made pizza crust, and great desserts. Great food at a great price.
Amazing value. This place is a gem. Have never paid $13 for pasta of Fellow’s quality this side of Italy as most restaurants would easily charge closer to $20+. If we lived in the area this would be a go-to. Menu is simple, in a good way. Fellow focuses on pizza and pasta, and both are done to perfection. Everything arrived hot, which unfortunately doesn’t always happen in some Italian restaurants. Portions are perfect. Would recommend trying different pastas and sharing. Can’t wait to visit the next time we visit the area.
We had dinner at Fellow Osteria during our children's school break (ages 12 and 19). My wife and I started with well made cocktails and without us having to ask they offered to mocktail to my 12 year old and hit the nail on the head. The food was delicious from the appetizers, mains and desserts. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and while we did have a main server, they have a team approach which I like. I would definitely go back.
We were a little worried at first as we drove past a seedy part of south Scottsdale Rd before arriving at a beautiful office park and this restaurant. The menu is delightful and we enjoyed the arancini appetizer, beet salad, and Bolognese tagliatelle pasta. There was also a nice wine selection and our late nigh service was excellent. We will be back!
The food was fantastic. The service was incredible and you could carry on a conversation with your fellow dining partners. The drinks were delicious and the severs were very good about explaining all of the complexities of them.
The food could be good but does not live up to the ambiance and space. The cocktails are too overly done, the pastas need lots of work, and the salad/cheese board were pedestrian at best. The arugula salad needed acid (maybe a squeeze of lemon or some pickled onion), the orecchiette was mushy and the sauce only tasted of black pepper, the tagliatelle was stuck together and the sauce lacked intensity. The cheeses on the cheese board were second rate.
With some minor tweaks and attention to detail, things could be improved. The only item I would suggest is the octopus.
Our waitress was Sarah and she was fabulous!!!
We Will definitely go back the next time we’re in Scottsdale
