   We had to wait for a table with a reservation due to wait staff. Waiter was very friendly but over whelmed. Had to wait several times for items we needed.

   The only positive was we were sat quickly. After getting a table, we looked over the menu for approx 15 minutes without a single interaction with any of the wait staff. We then proceeded to get up and leave the restaurant. Not a single person interfaced with us. This is the second and last time visiting the Pensacola Felix location. The ambiance has been weird both times visiting and the service has been less than par. We should have known based on the emptiness of the restaurant on a Friday.

   Booked a reservation for 645 got there and the hostess told us it would still be an hour and a half wait anyway. After an hour and a half and her not even remembering who we were we left and drove the hour and a half back home. I will never patronize this place.

   Beautiful building inside and a great view, the wait staff was excellent our server JD was very nice. The food however was just okay, the steak was a little too charred on the bottom, but inside was cooked well. My fish dish was a little dry- could defined benefit from a sauce on the top. There was live music that was nice as well, overall an okay spot for lunch date

   Shrimp and grits was great. Nice cocktails too. Waiter was nice too.
