   Service was excellent, and food was great as always, except the lighting was so dim we couldn’t see what we were eating without shining it with our phones!! The noise level can also be dialed down a couple of decibels 😬

   Great ambience. Good music, dim lighting, decor is fabulous. This place is good for dates, special occasions, and friends get togethers. Service was fast, friendly, and our hostess gave us great recommendations.

   I mean this was by far one of the best dinner night outs I’ve ever had!!! The attention to detail, service, and comfort is outstanding, and the whole ambiance is super intimate. This restaurant brings family vibes from the moment you walk in, as you are greeted by wonderful employees you as though you belong there. I ate so much and the food has changed my life, because it did not feel heavy. Thank you to everyone at Felix for my dinner a wonderful, special night to always remember.

    I really enjoyed the food at Felix, but the moment they began taking plates away before we were finished eating was when things went south. Drinks, atmosphere and food were all incredible, but the entire meal was incredibly rushed (surprising considering I counted at least 4 empty tables around us). All menus were taken away after we ordered our first course, and we had to request the list back to make wine pairings for our pasta course after it had arrived. For a restaurant that charges the prices it does and has the reputation it does, I was extremely disappointed with its pacing. If you do go, I recommend waiting after each drink/course before ordering your next round for a more enjoyable, memorable experience and to avoid a check being dropped off before you even ask for it.

    This place never disappoints. I can’t count how many times I’ve been here and I’m always so glad I either got up at midnight to make a reservation or took a chance at an open table w/o a reservation. Last night I had a Burrata salad with persimmons that were so sweet it could have been a dessert. I’m always amazed at how Felix purveys their ingredients. Every dish is elevated by the quality of each component and the care that goes into the preparation. Lemons on a pizza? Yes because they were sliced paper thin.

    I came to this restaurant 3 years ago and the best experience. My experience last night was far different. To start off they crammed way too many tables into the restaurant. The guy at the table next to us was so close to me that his back was pretty much touching my chair all night. Our waiter kept disappearing and we couldn’t locate him. They went super cheap with their pasta by adding very little sauce and reducing the portions. Overall not worth the time and effort of going there anymore.

    You can find better Italian at Scopa, but this is definitely good, just not great. Pasta comes out as it’s ready so if you’re whole party ordered pasta be prepared to watch some people eat as you just sit there. I’m sorry, but restaurants have managed to cook for entire tables for hundreds of years, so don’t give me it comes out as it’s ready.

    Great service and almost uniformly incredible food -- one dish was a dud which was unfortunate-- I think everyone can have an off night, though. I really hope to be back some day.

    Service was lacking. The server was either super busy or didn't care for me and my date. She was rarely available. She came off a bit elietist as well. Not a very good experience. I think I tipped her ok even though the service was not good.

    Jack, our server, provided us with an exceptional experience.. the food and ambiance were amazing. You could taste the care in every bite of our meal. Truly a wonderful time. Renee was also a big help in adding to our experience. Such a great team.

    Nice Restaurant, Pasta was great. Good atmosphere. However, the service wasn’t great, a bit pushy. Food came too fast, so that it wasn’t relaxed. It felt like they want to get things done so that the table can be occupied again. However, food was great.

    Excellent, warm and friendly service, although I noticed a few of the staff had excessive cologne on. I want to smell the delicious food, not somebodies (headache inducing) scent. Ditto for the scented bathroom soap. Beautiful scent, just don’t want it lingering on my hands when I’m eating the dreamiest, light as a feather focaccia. Interior is cozy and gorgeous, as is the outdoor space. Pastas were amazing and overall a great experience, just cool it with the scents :)

    My fourth time eating here and it never disappoints. The diavola pizza and the tagliatelle are just two favorites. Everything is delicious. The staff are great, and the atmosphere is perfect LA.
