This is an outstanding restaurant. Everything we tasted was superb. We've been to Felix five times and all visits have been outstanding. We always have the bread (a meal in itself) and the Zucchini Blossoms. Then we proceed to the handmade, perfectly cooked and sauced (Sauced not drowned!) pastas. We usually order one more pasta than the number of our party. Service is knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Personally, I could use a lower noise/music level--not an unusual complaint from my age demographic.

They were 86d 4 different things we tried to order. Meaning they were sold out. We were informed that all dishes would need to be ordered at once because that’s how chef likes it, and the kitchen is small. Felt a little pushy. And the kitchen really wasn’t that small. The meatballs were ok, hard deep fry to finish. Not a ton of flavour. What I thought was a rapini sausage oricchiette had what seemed to be just leaves in it and no actual rapini which was disappointing. The guanciale in the rigatoni was too rendered in my opinion. Had no bite and was overly salty. Making the pasta too salty. Definitely a couple big misses for a place that specializes in pasta

Food is fantastic. We were encouraged to order more food than necessary. We had two appetizers, the killer focaccia and three pastas (one too many). Squash blossoms as good as the best we have had in Rome!

We tried to send the pasta back for being undercooked (it was harder than Al Dente) but we were told that the chef would not change it. We were not charged for it and we were given complimentary desserts. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Felix is ALWAYS outstanding. The food is delicate, imaginative, and bursting with flavor. The staff is attentive but not bothersome, helpful with them menu and seem like they enjoy being there. Felix is a go to for any special meal. The tiramisu is out of this world.

My favorite Italian spot in LA. Same owner as Funke and Mother Wolf though I prefer Felix. A bit pricey, but nowadays what isn't? The bread is a must get, but you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu.

Felix has always been excellent and our latest meal there was as well. The service and ambience on the patio were great, but the highlight was the food. All three of the pasta dishes were as usual tremendous and the branzino with cherry tomatoes, onions and capers was incredible. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely incredible. Service was amazing, food was just wow. Highly recommend the meatballs and the Orecchiette. Don’t skip out on the raspberry crumble dessert or the espresso gelati. 10/10 times would go back everyday if I could!! We went for my boyfriends birthday and they brought the dessert with a candle. So special :)

The food came out before our drinks did. We felt very rushed. Plate after plate came out so quickly we weren’t even able to breathe between plates. We were done 45 minutes from the time we sat. It was a birthday dinner. Bc of this I’ll never go back. Not cool. Love the food. Love the vibe. But when you are going out to dinner you want it to be an enjoyable experience not a rush.

Was not as good as I remembered last. The pasta was a bit too al dente, and dishes themselves were a bit salty (over-compensating). On other hand, the proteins were still great - prawns, and steak and salad.

Felix it’s quite a unique Italian restaurant. I am not an Italian fan. The noodles are so different that for a treat it is my go to now and then quite expensive, but quite delicious. I used to love Joe’s the former resident.

The most incredible pasta dishes I've ever had, including those in Italy. The tagliatelle was impossibly light and delicate while maintaining perfect toothsomeness and balance to a ragú Bolognese so heavenly that the entire concept of a dish you thought you knew!💟 the trofi with the pesto Genovese was absolutely mind-boggling and perfect as were the strangolet and linguine. The Sicilian style focaccia was the best I’ve ever had the lovely pictures and Barada were a perfect accompaniment to the sparkling wine. We had those were those white, fluffy, delicious, ricotta, stuffed squash, blossoms, and all my goodness the tiramisu to die for! The service was impeccable. Our server Dick absolutely fabulous regretfully cannot remember the sommelier‘s name but he was perfect, he handled our vintage wine beautifully. I have to say all in all an excellent experience. Cheers to Evan and the staff. Can’t wait to go back.

I've been visiting Felix for many years and it's consistently solid in terms of quality of food and atmosphere. It appears to have gotten a lot more expensive post-pandemic, however, which is a bummer as I would frequent more often otherwise. In particular the wine list is astronomically marked up (as well as the entrees). I know it's hard to retain good talent in the current market and overhead on Abbott Kinney is really high (as well as cost of operating a high-functioning, desirable restaurant) but it would be nice if there were a few more affordable options available. Otherwise, it gets relegated to special occasion dining. All in all a highlight for Venice without all the hype of the other Funke establishments.

Wow. We loved it. We had the squash blossoms, focaccia, 3 different pastas, a pizza, one fish dish, and several desserts shared among 5 people. The pizza was a bit too soggy for my taste, maybe we should have picked something besides the margherita which is always covered in sauce, but the pastas were as amazing as everyone as said. The service was very fast and on-point. No glitches. Our plates were changed constantly (I felt sorry for the dishwashing crew), our water glasses were always refilled in minutes. We will definitely go back. The only real downside is street parking is difficult - it's a very busy area and we ended up parking several blocks away and felt lucky to find that. They do have valet parking.
