Felix Culpa is the perfect atmosphere where dining, music, and cocktails all come together under one roof. Come in and check out our contemporary lounge with a European influence. We offer Celebration Packages, Bottle Service and our menu feature Contemporary American Tapas.
I would go here just for drinks. It is a very cool atmosphere but the food quality wasn’t worth the expensive price tag.
I have been here three times and it’s a great place to start the night in town. Perfect for date night or night out with girls. Must have The Marilyn..!
Restaurant was half empty and staff still seated us at a table that didn't have room for everyone. We asked to be moved to one of the many open tables but apparently that was not possible. So we left and went to Barcelona Wine Bar for an absolutely incredible experience!
Cool restaurant, but food was just okay.
The food, ambiance and service was amazing! The only con was when we walked in there was this sewerage smell which initially put us off.
Love love love the space and the staff is great. The food was “meh” and overall it was outrageously expensive.
I had a great experience aside from no lobster or shrimp available to order.
Funky and fun joint with some tasty cocktails and tapas. Our waitress, Courtney was perfect. Attentive but not intrusive and friendly. I would avoid the gyoza (pretty sure it’s from Costco) but the meatballs were tasty as was the tempura rock shrimp. The people watching - we went on a Saturday - was insane!! If we go back it would be with other couples, too long a drive from Plano especially with all the killer options Plano/Frisco has now.
Great service from our waitress. The food was okay. I thought the price was very expensive for the portion and taste. The atmosphere was fun.
I had a great night. It was a nice evening and the staff was amazing.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. It was for Valentine’s Day and the dinner was supposed to be special. The waitress forgot to inform us that two of the menu items were sold out before we ordered on two separate walk arounds. We ordered two cocktails and neither were very strong or correctly made. They were incredibly inflexible with dietary restrictions like vegetarians etc. fairly unwilling to work with you to eat something or would charge you full price for say a pasta with chicken on the side if you wanted it without the chicken. We basically ended up having a ceaser salad and 1 bruschetta shared between us and left before desert. Which really isn’t a lot of food at all for Valentine’s Day especially given that they marketed themselves as a tapas restaurant. Overall will not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends. They have nice interior decorating and good marketing I guess but it was awful.
The service was phenomenal. The food exquisite. I wish there were more options though. It’s a limited menu. But what they do serve , they make to perfection. The ambience and decor was beautiful. The music contemporary but not exuberantly loud. Overall, perfect for date night chilling
Fun place to hang out. Food was good. Service was slow but we had a good time.
Very cute place to have a birthday dinner. The décor was everything. I only tried crab cakes and lollipop lamb which were very excellent. It is a really sexy vibe for a celebration. Highly recommend if you don't want to do the overcrowded club scene. The only draw back are the drinks, They all taste the same and not really strong.
The menu has changed and the atmosphere is no longer whimsical and classy.
The lollipop lamb chops were to die for- highly recommend those. Same for the lobster tempura- good amount of lobster for the price. It was NYE, so it was noisy, and the servers were spread a little thin, but pretty good service. Nice decor and ambiance. Extensive cocktail list. Will definitely go back. I suggest a reservation if it’s a special occasion.
Feliz Culpa was great. Great service and food was outstanding!! Will def. Be back!!
Christmas Eve dinner
Beautiful place, with great ambiance. Guests were appropriate/ respectful and the venue was not a club atmosphere. Cozy and decadent. The chandeliers mixed with pop art are everything! In addition, security outside the venue entrance, was great. I’ve already recommended to friends and plan on visiting again.
Sit at the bar with max he is great ! Love this place
Thank you for the great review. We appreciate the feedback!
The food and atmosphere is just great and we have been here many times however on this occasion we got the worst waiter! No greeting, no smile, no eye contact and we fought to get his attention all night - other servers helped us but he was terrible and just put a damper on our entire evening . Saying that, we will be back and just hope to not have the same waiter ever again
Such a cute and fun place! We love Felix Culpa and will most definitely be back!
We are happy to hear your group had a great time. We hope to see you in the near future. We have Live Music on Tuesdays and a DJ on Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 2am!
Without a doubt one of the hottest places to eat, socialize and lounge in D-town.
Thank you for the awesome review! We appreciate you coming in and we hope to see you soon.
Everything was just okay. The waiter was okay. We ordered 4 tapas dishes. The food came out all at once, very quickly, and was just okay. You can tell it was pre-made and all they had to do was bring it out. Nothing special. Had to wait a long time for a normal dinner time reservation to open up on Open Table, thought they were really busy, but another couple showed up before us at 6:30pm with no reservations and were able to sit down no problem. There were plenty of tables open.
Fries were fine, but SPICY ketchup.
Crab cakes were good but JALAPENO remoulade
Tempura rock shrimp was good, but SPICY aioli
Lamb Lollipops were very good
Awesome experience will definitely go back. Loved the tapas menu
Cocktails were superb - be sure to ask for the secret menu drinks! We tried almost all the tapas- all were very good.
Absolutely LOVED this place! Great food, great vibe, great drinks, great music, AMAZING service!! Brittany was our server and she was fabulous!! So sweet!!! This is one of Dallas’ best spots in my opinion!!
We enjoyed Felix Culpa as a girl's night out. Luckily we arrived before Happy Hour ended. During happy hour, wine and beer are available at a reduced price and all tapas plates are 1/2 off. At the 1/2 off price, the food is a good value. At full price, it would take a lot of money for a group to get enough to eat. Plates are small, but priced like full sized entrees at other restaurants. All food served is these 'small plates'. There are no full sized entree options.
The environment was energetic and loud, but definitely a place people go to have fun. I'd recommend Felix Culpa more as a starting place than a place for dinner and a full evening out. And if budget is a factor at all, I recommend arriving during happy hour.
Cute for a girls night!
Great atmosphere and service. Perfect for a trendy dinner party!
Had an amazing experience. Cocktails were well balanced , and the food was spectacular.
Awesome I loved the ambiance food and drinks
Beautiful & fun!
I had a wonderful time meeting a girlfriend for dinner and drinks at Felix Culpa in Dallas. Our waitress, Sonja, and waiter, Alex, was very attentive and helpful in recommending items from the menu. We had a 6:45 pm dinner reservation and by 9:30/10:00 pm the restaurant was slowly turning into a night club. It is definitely a trendy place for those looking to be a part of the Dallas nightlife.
We ordered the baked brie with green apple slices and crostini bread. It was okay. The crostini bread was difficult to eat as it was really hard. For my entree, I ordered the spinach homemade ravioli and it was delicious. My friend had the pappardelle ragu' alla bolognese. It was a large plate. I tried some of her dish and although it was good it was really salty. Their Romeo & Juliet cocktail went down a little too easily.
Overall, we had a great time.
Over priced, ok food. Was better as victor tangos
Bland food, average service, decent drinks.
Great atmosphere, fun place
Overpriced for the quality of food. Interior design is about all it has going for it along with a few nice staff. Otherwise, staff was mostly stand-offish/had a bizarre aura to them.
They lost my first reservation for 12 people - as I received an automated email from the restaurant saying the reservation had been cancelled. When I called they claimed the hostess called and that I said I would be out of town. I laughed and said it was bizarre considering I never received a phone call. The woman on the phone was super helpful in reconfirming my reservation.
HOWEVER, For making a reservation one month in advance I’d presume we’d be sitting at one of the long velvet wall booths - not a makeshift pop up table in the center of the room...
