   Felina has a lot going for it. The food has been consistently good, the restaurant itself is gorgeous. Cocktails are great, especially the old fashioned which is always on point. Service on the other hand is all over the place. This past visit was probably the best out of the last 3 visits. Our server was professional and trying really hard to accommodate us. The biggest issue in my opinion is the lack of staff & training among the support staff. Our server was scrambling and was in dire need of some help. We felt like he was completely overwhelmed and it was clear he was in need of support. This restaurant is among my favorites but the lack of support staff is making it difficult to enjoy it as it doesn’t really make the experience as enjoyable as it should be.

   Everything was great. Love this place. Definitely will return. Their location in Ridgewood, NJ is also terrific. THX!

   Horrible service ..!!! Never experienced service so horrible in my lifetime. Absolutely ruined my wife’s birthday.

   We have eaten here before and enjoyed but unfortunately this experience was not great. We had drinks, appetizers and dinner. The service was overall slow and hard to find. My daughter had to get a place setting from another table because she didn't have one and we could not find a server. The drinks and appetizers came within reason and were good. Our dinner took a very long time to come and no one came by to check in with us. Finally my husband flagged someone down and pretty quickly 3 of our 4 dinners came out. They apologized that my dinner was not yet ready. It took about 10 more minutes for my pizza to come out so it was pretty awful to have to wait that long and everyone else having their meal. Another server came over and brought us brussels sprouts on the house due to the wait. I thought that was strange. How about offering us something to choose from or a round of drinks or something. Bringing "free" brussels sprouts is barely acknowledging the poor service. We expected more from Felina and honestly we won't go back there.

   Great place --- just a bit bright! Lower the lights and it would get a better ambience and overall rating. Everything else was good - food, service, etc.

   We have been this restaurant several times and it’s been fine , but tonight was such a disappointment. Although it was a Wednesday night and not crowded at all, they sat our party way off to one side and then seated a huge table right next to us although most of the upper area was nearly empty. My cacio pepe was the worst I’ve ever had- dry and tasteless, and flung on the plate haphazardly- I should have sent it back. I’m not sure how you could ruin such a simple dish. My daughter’s duck special was not very good and the orzo was dry. Since Felina has a fairly limited menu, you would hope they could get their dishes done fairly well but that was not our experience. I never leave bad reviews for restaurants, but this was really not up to the level we have experienced in the past.

   The food was good although it actually came too fast. Service is spotty, as we asked for bread which never came. Drinks take to long to arrive. The biggest issue is the noise. They need to figure out how to reduce the noise level as it is not possible to have a conversation even at at a table for 4.

   It was so very difficult to have a conversation using a normal volume of speech; we had to listen to others shouting as well. We had multiple servers serving us so there was no continuity and so drink orders and response was haphazard. The Brussel sprouts were good; value of pizza was out of whack; meatballs appetizer was very good; salmon was only average but the vegetables with it were excellent. Most likely will not return, which is unfortunate since we were looking forward to this new restaurant.

    absolutely beautiful ambience! They did a phenomenal job with the renovation, but the acoustics are horrible. You could not hear your conversation at your table as the noise level is awful. Such a shame.
