I’ve been here several times. I was disappointed when my appetizer did not come out correctly. The waiter brought me another plate because what I ordered was sold out for the night. I would hope next time it would be cleared with guest before serving something else.

Enjoyed lunch at Felina with family. There was something for everyone although the menu is limited. Food was very good, will go back again.

The place has a great vibe and large bar. It is incredibly LOUD and hard to hear when trying to have a conversation at a table of 4. The food was good but nothing special.

We went to Felina to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. The atmosphere and the food were wonderful; however, the service was not good. We ordered a bottle of champagne to toast the graduate. The waiter didn't present the champagne to us; he just opened it, poured it, and left the bottle on the table. We had to ask for it to be chilled! When the food was delivered, it was "auctioned off" at the table. I HATE THAT! "Who ordered the shrimp? etc." At the end of the meal, the waiter never asked us if we wanted more to drink or even if we wished to have coffee with the dessert we ordered. He knew we were celebrating, yet made no mention of it or an attempt to make the dessert special. And the topper was making mistakes on the check... 2 times! Kinda puts a damper on an evening when you don't have great service. I will go back to Felina, but not for anything special.

Felina has a lot going for it. The food has been consistently good, the restaurant itself is gorgeous. Cocktails are great, especially the old fashioned which is always on point. Service on the other hand is all over the place. This past visit was probably the best out of the last 3 visits. Our server was professional and trying really hard to accommodate us. The biggest issue in my opinion is the lack of staff & training among the support staff. Our server was scrambling and was in dire need of some help. We felt like he was completely overwhelmed and it was clear he was in need of support. This restaurant is among my favorites but the lack of support staff is making it difficult to enjoy it as it doesn’t really make the experience as enjoyable as it should be.
