   The food was good although it actually came too fast. Service is spotty, as we asked for bread which never came. Drinks take to long to arrive. The biggest issue is the noise. They need to figure out how to reduce the noise level as it is not possible to have a conversation even at at a table for 4.

   It was so very difficult to have a conversation using a normal volume of speech; we had to listen to others shouting as well. We had multiple servers serving us so there was no continuity and so drink orders and response was haphazard. The Brussel sprouts were good; value of pizza was out of whack; meatballs appetizer was very good; salmon was only average but the vegetables with it were excellent. Most likely will not return, which is unfortunate since we were looking forward to this new restaurant.

   Beautiful setting for a great meal. Cocktails were professional mixed and the service was attentive and friendly

   The restaurant is beautiful, the food is fantastic, the service needs to fall in place with the first two. Took forever to get a drink at the bar, once seated for dinner, server comes to take our order… no asks about drinks (wine, cocktails, water). Brings water… still waiting for wine…. Appetizers come out… still waiting for wine. Bread comes after Apps… finally wine. Same continued for main course. Brought our second glass of wine when almost done with meal. I counted 7 occupied tables… get it together.

   The service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. And the food was delicious--especially the eggplant parm appetizer. The decor and ambience is upscale Italian chic--all in all, a great time!

   The space is beautiful but that was the best part of the restaurant. The service was unfortunately not good. We continued to have to ask for the items we ordered- sparkling water, appetizers and food. Servers came to our table multiple times with food that was not ours, but insisting it was for our table. Two of the four entrees for two in our party came out together, and then it took twenty minutes for the other two entrees. The floor manager was slightly apologetic but not overly concerned. He never came back to check on us once the last two entrees did appear. I am gluten free and the menu has no dietary or allergy markings so I needed to rely on the server for information. He was less than helpful. He seemed truly uninterested with my dietary needs and most things were not gluten free. There was live music playing and as fun as that can be, the space is not sound proofed or organized for this. We were seated at the table furthest away from the band and we had trouble having conversation at our table and all of the servers had trouble hearing our orders.

   I really like Felina and have eaten here several times. However, tonight is was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation over the music, the service was incredibly slow despite our server running all night (I suspect t they were under staffed), and it was uncomfortably warm in the dining room. As always, the food was quite good, I was just disappointed in the other elements of the experience.

   The service was poor. They brought the bread and entree at the same time. We asked for another round of drinks and never got them. The music was way too loud, we had to shout when speaking.
