This was our first time in Memphis. We booked the restaurant based on the menu and other reviews. We were not disappointed at all. It is a very quaint restaurant and the atmosphere was amazing.
Our waitress was attentive and the food was simply amazing. I had the quail and it was simply delicious. The cheesecake was just as delicious.
We would definitely return when visiting Memphis.
Went for Friday lunch. We were greeted and thanked for coming by Felicia herself due to cancellations due to coronavirus scare. Friday lunch proved to be more attended than the dinner hours. I ordered shrimp remoulade salad $16...shrimp served on horizontal plate of greens with 2 small grilled bread rounds (pricey for amount received) bread rounds dry and tasteless. My lunch partner ordered shrimp etouffee. The shrimp served was of good size and plump compared to the shrimp on my plate that seemed to have been halved. Our server started out well, but faltered at the end... never refilling our water glasses or coffee mugs and ignored us until we finally tired of waiting for him to return we placed our credit cards down to pay...he immediately came and gathered them up without asking if he could do anything else for us. He seemed more attentative to a table full of men who had ordered bottles of wine.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I wish you would had mentioned this to me when I cam by your table so I could had taken care of this situation. I would had gladly gotten you another dish. Actually the Shrimp Remoulade Salad and the Shrimp Etouffee have the same number of shrimp. We had fantastic food and impeccable service. I especially enjoyed the mocktail, the fried oysters (served on stone-ground grits that were to die for), beet salad and the gulf fish. Tried this place out of pure chance on a random Wednesday night with my colleagues and was truly amazed. A gem.

Love and will go again and again. A perfect setting and a perfect meal. If you haven’t eaten here you have done yourself a disservice. Can’t wait for warmer weather and having the chance to take advantage of their beautiful outside area.
However, the interior is stunning and unique. The service is top drawer and the food is delectable.

Shrimp and grits were not good. Very bland and generic. Other food at the table was good. They made up for it by taking them off.

Very nice building. Seating was pretty close to the couples on either side of us, so we felt we couldnt really have a personal conversation without everyone hearing it. The food was okay but not great. We had the salmon on a cauliflower medley. Could have used a bit more seasoning perhaps. We felt it was a little bland and the salmon was still a little undercooked in the thicker portion areas. Overall as a first time experience it was good. Would like to see a less wait time on the reservation as well as the table wasnt finished with set up when we finally got seated 15 mins after our reservation time. We also arrived 20 mins early as we were driving in from out of town and arrived a bit early.
I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Did you let your server or a manager know about the food? I would had gladly gotten you another dish that would had been more to your liking. Our seating areas in the Main Dining Room are close together but we do have other tables in Main Street Dining Room that we would had moved you to. With the Gin Show in town over the weekend, people were having such a good time that it was hard to keep everyone to their scheduled reservation time. Felicia
It saddens me to write a poor review of a restaurant that has had such a long standing good reputation in Memphis, but it was a very disappointing meal. Only the dessert was good enough to finish. My husband who has never eaten a ribeye he didn’t love, did not want to finish his.

This was one of the best dinner experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere in the restaurant is fantastic. Felicia was such an active part of the evening and the food was unbelievably delicious!

I had heard of this restaurant for several years. We finally managed to have lunch there recently and were totally satisfied with every aspect of our dining experience. I would further say that it may be our favorite restaurant in the entire city now. Every dish that was brought to our table was very warm and hot which seems to be missing from me restaurants these days when they offer a ride at your table cool to lukewarm.

The food, as always, was DIVINE. The chicken crepes are literally to die for. Service was top notch. The gulf shrimp dish was delicious, but the serving size of fish and lobster on top seemed smaller than usual. Also, the bench seating along the outside wall is uncomfortable. Very. It seems like the springs are busted. I had to sit on my jacket to make it bearable.

After 18 years, we are in the process of updating our banquettes. Did you let your server know that you would like to switch tables? Fantastic V-Day dinner! We chose the four-course fixed menu for $65 per which was an outstanding value. Highlights included oyster trio and duck crepes. Added touch: diners were given a chocolate covered strawberry from local candy maker Dinsthuls as a parting favor. Felecia, as always, a lovely hostess. Thanks for a memorable evening!
Thid is the 4th time that we have been there.
I know that it is usually a slowly timed restaurant, but in the past the service was impeccable.
This visit we had to ask twice for four items: refills, extra olive oil, extra spoon for dessert and coffee.
The oyster appetizer was very average, as well as the fried green tomatoes. As for the entrees, my filet was over cooked. My husband has the lamb and that was good.
My coconut pie was bland and crust was soggy, the bread pudding was less than desirable.
Compared to our other visits, it was very disappointing.

This was the first time that both my wife and I were at Felicia Suzanne's together. Sometimes things aren't the same on big dining occasions like Valentines Day. A little pricey but an excellent experience.
My wife and I ate there on Valentine's Day. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We were greeted at the door by Felicia and was seated quickly. The waiter was very informative and knowledgeable of the menu and gave cocktail recommendations when asked. The food was great. We enjoyed everything and will definitely go back and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful and romantic dinner during a visit to Memphis recently. We had been to Felicia Suzanne’s once ten years ago and were happy to discover it was just as good this time around!

Has reservations for 6:30. Upon check in we were asked if we had theater tickets. We said no. Then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for table. Then after seated, we waited for drinks — one of which came out wrong—and ordering then after receiving our starter salads, we waited again for dinner. Received dinner at 8:10 after asking on the progress.We had other plans at 8:30 therefore we had to rush and eat then pay our bill without being offered dessert or anything. There were many open tables. Must have had staff problems. Very disappointing.

Never disappoints! Food is delicious!
We were met at the door, coats taken, and seated right away. Our table had the I love oysters, deviled eggs, salmon, gulf fish, & bread and sticky toffee pudding. All the food was 5 stars. The service was good but slow. Overall we had a great evening with great food and good friends!
