FELICE 83 reflects the soul of Italy, inspired by the sophisticated streets of Florence and the rustic warmth of the Tuscan countryside. This cozy NYC newcomer showcases a relaxed ambience, with subdued lighting, exposed brick walls lined with linear shelves filled with wine, as well as rich, tufted leather seats. Italian wines and flavors from Tuscany will now be served in a modern space, infused with traditional elements, on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Felice 83 features classic Italian dishes from the menu of its sister restaurant, Sant Ambroeus, as well as tasting items and small plates, prepared by Chef Antonio Pamplone.
Excellent meal. Food was amazing and the service excellent! What ese is there! 👍👍👍👍👍
Consistently great food and excellent service. A true go-to.
Fantastic outdoor and socially distanced set up. A lovely local reprieve - don't miss the balsamic negroni!
Always the best dining experience and service. Many thanks to Luigi and staff!
Felice never lets me down. The meal was delicious, but more than just wonderful food,It was the first time during this Pandemic that I was able to entertain friends in a pleasant
and uplifting way. Being outdoors, enjoying good food and wine, reaffirmed that there
is a chance life will again be joyful.
Great service! Thank you so much!
Great food and great service! We sat on 83 St under the large awning and stayed dry during a pretty intense rain shower!
Fantastic meal and service. Cannot recommend enough!
My husband has a lot of food allergies and our server, Anna, was extremely helpful in making sure that he was able to enjoy his meal.
Always great food and atmosphere. Can't wait to go back when things re-open.
Food was amazing. Waiters were not as attentive in the beginning but once we got their attention everything went smooth. Ambience is amazing. Food was a bit pricey but definitely worth it.
Went there late Sunday for brunch sat at the bar at Bellini’s they were very good, I had French toast very tasty and my wife had an avocado omelette that was excellent Choice
Excellent food and ambiance. Service was amazing. Wish it was my local.
EXCELLENT AMBIANCE, SERVICE AND FOOD. REALLY NICE EXPERIENCE!!!
Living in the neighborhood, we frequently pop over to Felice for dinner. On this particular evening we invited some friends who also live in the neighborhood.
When arriving to Felice the 3 people at the host/hostess stand were not even a tiny bit friendly. We were sat at are table without a single “hello” “welcome” or a smile.
We were never sure of who are actual table server was. Different people kept coming to take our order, food etc.
Worst part of the night was when our food came. My back was to the server so I’m not sure how this happened but the server lost his grip of the food and a heavy, full plate slammed into my neck. Everyone at the table immediately said, “Oh my gosh, are you ok?” Instead of the server apologizing, he ran back to the kitchen. It was bizarre! Even more bizarre is that someone else brought our food out and when we asked what happened he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about.
No one ever apologized or acknowledged what happened.
Will be hard to come back to a place where we were treated so rudely.
Food was above average but service ruined the feeling of the night.
Delicious pasta in a lovely traditional setting. A bit too noisy.
We love Felice 83! Tommaso, the night manager, is an amazing gentlemen who always makes us feel welcomed and special.
Great food service and ambiance as usual. 10/10
My son clearly ordered the chicken paillard and our server put in bolognese for him. Maybe she thought boys only order spaghetti and meat sauce.
A drab place redeemed by good food. All 6 were happy with prix fixe lunch. Portions were generous(except for puny service of ice cream). Bread and olive oil very fine. My broccoli soup quite good; fettuccine tasty and draft beer good. Will return.
Great food, Great wine selection and makes a Great Manhattan! The Prosciutto and Ricotta cheese apps are delicious. Veal Milanese special is truly special and should not be missed when its on the menu. Pasta dishes (Al dente) are prepared perfectly. Neighborhood gem that should not be missed
Excellent service, excellent food! Will definitely go back!
Nice place with great Italian food!
Everything was perfect. Service staff were superb. Only feedback, the 2 person tables by the divider are cramped when using cutlery, especially for a leftie.
Wonderful drinks - best old fashion cocktail in the city.
Food is delicious, especially the myriad crostini’s at hand.
Best venue in the upper east side by far.
Dinner food is better than brunch, but overall a nice experience to meet with friends/ family.
Dark and uncomfortable
Love Felice, the food is amazing, always.
Thanksgiving early dinner with family from out of town..had the best time food always excellent. Pre fix was a little pricey but came with plenty of food for the price. Which I honestly expected bc it’s a holiday...always love this place!
Fantastic place fantastic service food outstanding
Great food! A bit pricey but worth it.
My favorite Northern Italian on the upper Eastside!
Great food and service but the music was so loud it was hard to talk.
Great food and welcome as always at Felice 83. Luigi and the team run an excellent restaurant for all sorts of occasions. Will be back very soon!
We had a great brunch at Felice 83. They have great bloody mary’s, yummy paninis, and my personal favorite the Uovo al Forno. We’ll be back!
The food was not tasty. I would not come there again and would not recommend this restaurant to my friends
Excellent food but restaurant is exceedingly dark
