FELICE 83 reflects the soul of Italy, inspired by the sophisticated streets of Florence and the rustic warmth of the Tuscan countryside. This cozy NYC newcomer showcases a relaxed ambience, with subdued lighting, exposed brick walls lined with linear shelves filled with wine, as well as rich, tufted leather seats. Italian wines and flavors from Tuscany will now be served in a modern space, infused with traditional elements, on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Felice 83 features classic Italian dishes from the menu of its sister restaurant, Sant Ambroeus, as well as tasting items and small plates, prepared by Chef Antonio Pamplone.

My favorite Northern Italian on the upper Eastside!
Great food and service but the music was so loud it was hard to talk.
Great food and welcome as always at Felice 83. Luigi and the team run an excellent restaurant for all sorts of occasions. Will be back very soon!
We had a great brunch at Felice 83. They have great bloody mary’s, yummy paninis, and my personal favorite the Uovo al Forno. We’ll be back!
The food was not tasty. I would not come there again and would not recommend this restaurant to my friends
Excellent food but restaurant is exceedingly dark
Great food, nice ambiance!
My girlfriend and I have been wanting to go here for a while so we grabbed a last minute reservation. The restaurant was full on a Thursday evening. The service was outstanding as was the ambience. We started with the Classico and Meatballs which were both outstanding. We ordered the Gnocchi, the Cacio E Pepe, and a side of Brussel Sprouts next. The Gnocchi was fresh and delicious and the Brussel sprouts were fine. We were both disappointed by the Cacio E Pepe. It was missing the creamy decadence that we both enjoy about the dish. We were surprised given that this is a dish that they are known for.
I had the salmon and crispy brussel sprouts which were great. My only comment about this restaurant is that at night it is very dark inside. While it creates an interesting atmosphere, they could make a little bit brighter!!
Service was good but very slow. 40 minutes to receive appetizers
Service, food, ambiance were all perfect! Highly recommend.
Food, atmosphere and service were all great. Looking forward to going back soon!
Forgot our dessert ....
A little overpriced for what it is ... but, a good, reliable Italian restaurant in the neighborhood.
Good food and great outdoor seating!
Plain mixed salad was very good but cost $15!!! Eggplant parmigiana was GREAT!! Fried artichokes not good at all - too much batter-like covering. Just fry them plain!
Great food and service but lighting is too dark
Arancini was underwhelming, but the burratta was very nice. Enjoyed the pasta dishes, though the pesto was very unique. They did a great job of keeping waters filled. Did not offer desert though, and that was a bit bizarre. Enjoyed the meal.
I love everything about this restaurant, I only wish it was a little bit less dark and the music not so loud!
The food is good and also the service!
The food is terrific and it's gotten pretty popular recently so the noise level has gone up and the bar was a bit slower than usual in getting drinks to the table. But it's one of the best places in the area to find a delicious meal--especially the cacio e pepe!
First of all, I adore this place for dinner. I went for the first time for brunch and was disappointed. The avocado toast was so bland. We got there close to opening on a Saturday and service was quite slow. I’ll be back to Felice but not for brunch!
Delicious food. Love sitting outside on a beautiful night!
Wonderful Brussels sprouts and very friendly service staff.
Felice is a splendid, authentic Italian restaurant with excellent food, a great staff, a good and varied wine list, and a very attractive ambience. Highly recommended!
Felice 83 - good Italian on the UES. Chicken Milanese is delicious. Pastas are al dente. Arancini is amazing! Gets crowded w/ UES crowd - so make resos. Although, sitting on the other side (where music happens after 8:00) is nice, too.
Great! Delicious food. Wonderful evening.
If someone were in the neighborhood it is an OK place to have a meal. This is a very popular place so maybe I didn't make the best food choices. I might give it a second try.
Bad service and pasta was watery
If you don’t care about flavor and fancy sitting in crammed noisy spaces and overpaying for things, this is your spot!
Nice, casual neighborhood restaurant. Not at the level of fine dining, but good.
Dinner was pleasant. Two of us ordered from the Restaurant Week Menu and two of us ordered a la carte. The entrees seemed the same on both menus and it was just a question of two persons not wanting dessert. We were seated at a nice window table and service was good. The food was unexceptional.
Nice place on UES - although, food is inconsistent. Maybe a different chef on different nights??
we were there for restaurant week so it was a great value, the food was great, our server was very nice but dropped off at the end when they got busy, we ended up waiting over a half an hour after finishing eating our dessert to just to get our check.
We had no problem making a reservation at the time we wanted. We weren’t given the option of sitting outside, but that ended up being okay because it started to rain while we were having dinner. The food is excellent. Both my sister and I agreed the pasta tasted fresh and homemade. However, the tables are extremely close together and the noise level is nearly intolerable. I spent most of dinner yelling, “WHAT?” across the table because I could barely hear. Also, I had to routinely flag down our server to ask for things - a second drink, the bill, etc. Overall, it was very good and I’d return again, but maybe make sure to sit outside instead.
We had a delicious restaurant week dinner. The only problem was that we found their tables on the small side.
The worst pasta I have ever eaten, rest of the food was mediocre at best and the noise level intolerable
Excellent food. The inside it s a little bit dark for dinner. The service a little bit slow but we suggest this place for excellent food.
Great spot, great food.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Seated 20 minutes after reservation time. Then had to wait another 30 minutes until order was taken. Service is horrible but food is decent.
