Feast - Tucson
Feast is also a wine and liquor shop with twenty wines by the glass, a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner for the past eleven years running, and a full-service caterer.
I always enjoy a meal at THE FEAST!!!! It always feels special! I had a delicious salad. I make salads all of the time and enjoy them....but yours are always unique!
My cocktail (Bohemian Bicycle) was fabulous. We had the Pork Meatballs and the Crawfish Etouffee. The vegetables in the pork dish were crisp and the whole dish was very flavorful. The Etoufee was also delicious. Excellent service.
Love the innovative, frequently changing menu. Tried three things: beet-cured bass with house-made ricotta appetizer, croque monsieur and pistachio cream dessert. The app and dessert were excellent - very tasty and unique. The sandwich was ok. The ham had great flavor but the bread and cheese sauce were bland. Nice place for a special occasion.
Consistently high quality food with a rotating monthly menu. Excellent wine selection and great cocktails.
Dependable, innovative menu, well presented and fairly priced. Chef and entire staff take personal interest.
I had asked for the crawfish dish 1/2 portions..... for 1/2 price due to bariatric surgery. It was my birthday and I just wanted 1/2 size . A young man delivered our food and he did get the order I had placed with our female waitress....and she was great. She was aware I wanted 1/2 an order. But the gentleman who brought the food had no idea....what I was talking about...and blew me off. We were on our second bottle of a great 40$ bottle. Since it was birthday....I had not seen the bill to have a half order. So we paid full price. I love your food and tell everyone about your Great Chef. But I feel our order was not properly ordered. But it sure was great. When one is trying to follow a plan for 1/2 orders it should be ordered as such.....all in all I give you all a 10 for great food and our waitress was fabulous
Feast is our favorite restaurant in Tucson. The food is always creative and amazing, the service is impeccable, and the wine list is outstanding. We love this place!
Feast is always fresh and innovative! The grilled vegetables are amazing.
The menu here is always unique. We were there for brunch. I had the Fried Chicken Salad - delicious. My husband had the grilled char - also delicious although the radicchio served with it was very bitter. Presentation of both was lovely. Service is attentive and knowledgeable.
Feast is our favorite place for special occasions, highly reliable service and amazing food. We have never had a bad meal or bad experience there!
Phenomenal dinner as usual. Started with a mixed green salad with ginger miso dressing. Next was Brussels sprouts with bacon and chèvre sauce. Then we had the chef’s special of the day, monkfish. My wife and I shared everything, so portions were perfect. The waitress was terrific, and they made sure that our food was divided perfectly on separate plates instead of us having to divide ourselves. Dessert was a chocolate cream cheesecake that was flourless, which ended up being my personal favorite of all chocolate flourless cakes I’ve had. Always a wonderful dining experience here.
Super menu this month. I don't know where they are able to get these recipes or if they dream them up....however they do it, they are usually spectacular. Had the ricotta appetizer...WOW. Couldnt decide between 4 entree on the menu and the 2 nightly specials. I had the waitress pick one and surprise me with it. She chose an evening special of monk fish. WOW again. Planning on coming back to try the crayfish etouffee, since I love cajun food...it will be interesting on how they "twist" that dish.
My husband and I went to Feast with my father-in-law over the weekend and had one of the best meals we've ever had in Tucson. Everyone was happy with their dishes, but the real star of the show was the crawfish etouffee. My husband and his father both hail from Southern Louisiana and were surprised first, to see this dish on a menu in Tucson, and second, that it really tasted like authentic etouffee from their hometown. The desserts were on point, the wine was on point, the environment was on point. Feast gets bonus points for having gender-neutral toilets and offering quality feminine products! These people really care about their customers. We were so content with our meal that my father-in-law already requested that we come back next time he's in town. See you soon, Feast!
One of my favorite restaurants in Tucson
We go there always for a special day and normally just for fun
The meals are always great and different
First visit after several earlier plans that fell through. Exciting menu, wonderfully crafted food, lovely service and really pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The cocktails, the duck, the corn pancakes with scallions and fennel, the steak tartare...our group of 5 was delighted start to finish. Kudos to Feast for a great restaurant; we can't wait to return!!
First time at Feast and was truly mixed experience. Main course was the lamb shank special and was very disappointed. Lamb was greasy, and flavor was just off. However, the appetizers were very tasty and well presented. Wine pairings and recommendations were spot on and wine prices were very good. Overall, would give them another try but definitely left disappointed with the main course.
Hi, Jeff. I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the lamb shank. I'm wondering if your server checked on you, as it's our policy to replace a dish if a guest is unhappy with it. Did he or she check on you? If so, did you say you weren't enjoying the lamb? We fix problems if we can, but if we don't know you're unhappy until you've written here, it's difficult to rectify them at this point. Please let me know if I need to talk with your server about checking on our guests. Thanks.
Great restaurant. The the menu is varied with tasty and creative selections. Ordering wine is an experience in itself. Be sure to ask for suggestions!
Always excellent dining, with great wines that are very reasonably priced.
Delicious food, nice atmosphere and good service. Ticks all the boxes.
Best Mole Pablano I have ever had. Guests agreed.
We had happy hour wine with the little treat. Then we split the crawfish etouffee. Delicious. The bohemian bicycle cocktail was wonderful.
Dining at Feast was a treat from beginning to end. Great ambience and service from the time of greeting at the door to the end of the meal was fantastic. Our server was helpful, fun and attentive. Megan helped us choose our wine and loved it so much we purchased 3 bottles. They sell their wines retail for nice nice percentage off. Every bite of food was delicious and creative. Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant for casual or date dining.
Feast is always a delight. Food is innovative and fresh. Always great vegetarian options worth a try even for the carnivore. Extensive well chosen wine list and creative cocktails. Crispy chicken thighs sound like a bore but I’ve been back twice just for that dish!
We love this restaurant. Here are the highlights. Super interesting wine list. Attentive Service. Inventive menu. Very relaxed atmosphere. Welcoming staff. Love it!
Excellent food and friendly service. Thanks Feast friends!
Everything was great!
Food and service at Feast is always good. It's a consistent fact. I am always touched that the lady there remembers me even though I didn't get the chance to go there often after my husband passed away. It's a wonderful restaurant related to sweet memory for me...
We have visited Feast many times and are never disappointed. Food and service were excellent as always.
I felt comfortable the moment I entered the door. The dining area is spacious, seemed lit with natural light and provided the quiet atmosphere I prefer when dining. Our small lunch group enjoyed the diverse fresh choices on the menu, from a wonderful veggie salad to the smoked trout sandwich. I especially enjoyed the addition of unique seasonings and ingredients making the dishes truly special and delicious. The wait staff was perfect; attentive but not intrusive. It was a refreshing experience and I am looking forward to bringing friends there in the future.
Excellent service and food!
The Feast is a one of a kind restaurant. We go there for special occasions. Definitely gourmet food, a wine shop so great selection. Doug, the owner, visits tables to answer questions. Everyone knowledgeable about wine. Highly recommend
One of our favorite restaurants in Tucson. The staff is wonderful and Doug changes the menu to suit the season. Fresh, wonderful food!
We went there for Easter lunch. As usual, the food was excellent. It is always creative and delicious. I have never been disappointed with anything. The service is great and the chef comes around to the tables to see if people are enjoying themselves and the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Being at Feast is always a delight. The food is always excellent: surprising, inventive, sumptuous, delicious, and perfectly presented. The ambiance is friendly and casual, still conveying the sense of occasion. The wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive without fuss. And of course, Doug Levy's presence in the room adds that special spark of personality and warmth that is Feast's signature. You don't go here for the ordinary restaurant meal. Eating at Feast is a celebration of goodness in so many ways, a true Tucson treasure.
Wonderful service, charming owner/chef, fantastic food! Not your basic mom’s cooking, but what mom would aspire to cook and present for brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert! The adult beverages concocted and generously poured at the bar are delicious. The wine collection is impressive!
The brunch menu was too limited, in my opinion. The food was high quality, however, and the service was great.
Sumply the best food experience in Tucson.
The food was excellent and Doug made the evening especially entertaining as he circulated the dining area making sure all were enjoying their meal.
Service and food were exceptional. Wine selection was interesting and very reasonably priced. Inventinve and unexpected touches in a dish, such a fresh, shredded mint with lightly wilted cabbage under the perfectly cooked fish that had a crispy rice crust — soooo good. My sister viiting from LA proclaimed her not too sweet cosmo as the best she has ever had, and I agreed after I tasted it. With the warm, professional, and attentive service, we had a perfect time. Thanks, Feast Team!
I've eaten here dozen of times over many years. The food and service is always very good. Friendly and professional servers are not found growing in the garden yet Doug the owner who is often seen working the floor manages to keep some of the best servers in town many for years at a time. I have a taste for the grape and can say Feast has not only one of the largest wine lists in town but also the most consumer friendly prices you'll find anywhere. Enjoy.
