Feast At 316
Excellent food and service! Would definitely go back.
Great food & service. Music not conducive and too loud for such a nice restaurant.
Great menu choices delicious starters and entrees very nice and helpful service
This was my 2nd visit. The first one was awesome, with family. This time, we were celebrating our anniversary, I put it on the reservation, it wasn't acknowledged. I didn't want anything free or anything but our server seemed pretty non existent. We saw the host more for our needs, than her. For paying almost $200 for 2 people to eat, I expected more out of service.
Have to say overall we liked this place and would recommend. However there are a few things...
I got the bone in rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and was delicious but you have to order your sides separately. For the price, a potato or something could be added...Caesar salad was extra too...which is fine cuz my husband and I split it but beware...the leaves are not cut up...just laying lengthwise on the plate. It might look good for presentation but very hard to eat as you must spend time cutting it up. The plate is not big enough to do so, lettuce kept falling off the plate! Last issue we had was with my husband's fettuccine bolognese (which he loved). It was served in a ceramic bowl that had a big chip in it! Certainly a this highly acclaimed chef could do better! There was plenty of pasta...a plate with garnish would have made this dish look generous instead if stuffed into a small chipped bowl. Missed opportunity!
I read the reviews , some good some not so good. Sadly ours is not so good. Coconut shrimp wonderful,. Rib eye steak was cooked properly, bu that was it. Fatty difficult to cut as well as difficult to chew. Could not finish my strip steak for the same reasons. But, I must say the Truffle Mac and Cheese was the greatest. The bread pudding fantastic. We did complain to Adam our waiter and they comped desert. I would have to think about t again before returning.
The ambiance was warm and transported you into a cozy place (other than the noise). As we had a drink, the noise became less of an issue😂. The server was warm and sincere. The food was off the chart delicious! The birthday dessert was fun as it was served as a stacked tower of goodness! I'd highly recommend this restaurant. You get what you pay for on every level.
Excellent food, excellent service! Get the meatloaf and bread pudding for dessert!
Food was pretty good. Service was a little slow but not terrible.
Great food, friendly servers. We had the shrimp penne, meatloaf and signature hamburger. All were very good and I would highly recommend this place.
Everything we ate was perfection! Steaks were absolutely amazing! We also tried the coconut prawns, a salad and truffle Mac and cheese. All were delicious! The server was very knowledgeable however she came across pretentious and that our mere presence annoyed her. However it would not deter me from coming back, everyone has off days. Ultimately the food was worth it!
Steak was grossly overcooked. Ordered rare, came medium well. Staff did a great job of making it up to us, though.
The acoustics are terrible. I have never been in a restaurant this loud, we almost left. But, my friend said good things, so I decided to stay.
Well, I was disappointed. I ordered the truffle fries, 2 beet salads, onion rings and coconut shrimp. There was a hint of blue cheese on the fries, little bit of truffle sauce and they were dried out. Beet salads were surprisingly small but not bad tasting. Coconut shrimp; coconut was too brown to burnt. The place is interesting looking, but quite pricey. Portions were quite disappointing.
The Tomahawk steak is absolutely amazing! It was a special dinner for a special night. Can't wait to go back!
The Paella was very good, the T Bone was slightly undercooked and just warm on delivery. The staff was nice, but maybe had too many tables to attend to, so service was slow with food and drink.
GREAT food. Good atmosphere.
Food & service was good up until ordering desert. Desert took 30 minutes to arrive & we really didn’t see our server during this wait. It put a negative impact on an otherwise delightful evening
Everything was wonderful. . . including the dessert which we did not need! We'll be back.
Terrific steak and ginger meatball soup! We're definitely going back.
Amazing food. Steaks - Great. Brussels sprouts and truffle Mac and legit! Get the smoked whiskey sour!
We had our 46th anniversary dinner at Feast 316 and enjoyed the food and location very much. The steaks were cooked correctly and all of the accompanying dishes were excellent. We were even treated to a complimentary ice cream tower and berry sauce treat. Beyond the food it is always good to see historic buildings used well and the staff knew the history of the building enough to answer our questions which was entertaining.
Service is always very good here. I think that their mixed drinks are also consistently good. The haddock was surprisingly delicious. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection with the meat tender, moist and flaky. This dish would be over the top if the coating was not so doughy and chewy.
I made a reservation for 6 people on a normal table. we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated and we got a high top table(not Ideal). It took about 15 min to even get water and service was a bit slow the rest of the evening. The food was very tasty all around the table but I do think it was a bit overpriced for the quality. Ambiance/decor was nice, noise level was quiet and the bar selection was extensive.
We LOVE this place! We are living the keto lifestyle and there are plenty of great options here. The tomahawk steak is amazing and the specials we've had are equally great. We live about 20 miles away but always come back because of how great this place has always been. Do yourself a favor and check out their brunch sometime as well!
Second time here, one lunch and one dinner. The food preparation is excellent! Fun cocktail menu too. The dishes range from smaller portion for pastas(at least for my 20 something son), to the meat dishes were large portions. The price reflects the meat size, above average price wise. Casual, but upscale decor and environment. We will go back, but not come on a regular basis due to price.
Speak all date with our grandson. Service was outstanding! Shelby was knowledgeable and friendly. Food was a wonderful surprise - so good! YUM!
The service was great. The food was wonderful. We will be back again for sure!!
We were there at 11:45 a.m. Not many people so very little noise. I could see with all the hard surfaces that it could be if busy but still very worth it!
A real asset to Camas -- good food, beautifully presented.
I had reservations for five. We were seated at a high top table in the bar area next to a group whose high decibel piercing voices drowned out any chance of conversation. We requested to be seated in the dining room but were informed that it was closed. A request for a regular table away from the noisy group was also denied due to "none available". Appetizers and salads were delivered as ordered, but when entrees were served, only 4 came out. I was told that my order (the "special" for the day) would be out shortly. Fortunately, I encouraged my companions to go ahead and eat while their food was hot, as my entree was delivered when they were half way through their dinners. When I tried to cut into my rack of lamb, I met a lot of resistance, which turned out to be raw, cold, bloody meat. It took at least another 5 minutes to flag down the waitress and ask her to remove the meal. She graciously offered to take it back to be "re"cooked (cooked the first time would have been preferable) which I refused as my companions would have been finished with their meals before I ever saw mine again. The restaurant "comped" us with a free dessert-- one dessert for 5 people. In the meantime, the loud group got louder and louder as the drinks continued to be delivered. We were ever so glad to leave the restaurant and will not be returning.
awesome food, good pours on drinks, terrible service
Our server was fantastic and made our experience there fun and comfortable. The cocktails were amazing ! The food was good, but to me, not worth the price. I would highly recommend this spot for cocktails and appetizers, but was not impressed with the food enough to go back or refer a friend there for dinner.
Everything was perfect. The only food that was not fantastic was the garlic mash potatoes. They were dry and flavorless.
Fabulous! Would most definitely recommend Feast 316! It's becoming one of our favorites! The food is fantastic and the whiskey selection is as well.
The ribeye was spectacular! Brought to table on a sizzling platter with butter and rosemary. Smelled heavenly and tasted even better. Filet Mignon was melt in your mouth. Terrific Caesar salad with a unique touch of asparagus. Could not detect even a hint of garlic in the garlic mashed and the lobster medallions were not edible, don't get those. Wine list was extensive and fairly reasonably priced.
Carrot soup was served warm, mashed potatoes were cold in the middle. My mother ordered a Rib Eye medium rare and was served medium to well done. The server was polite. We let her know about the cold soup and mashed potatoes. We didn’t mention the over done steak as it just seemed pointless and our meal was already less then impressive. My mother actually felt bad telling staff that the steak was wrong. However it was hard to not say anything after the amount of money we spent.
It appears the kitchen staff needs some quality control. We were warned to not eat here but we figured we’d judge for ourselves....
Unfortunately after this experience and a $200 meal we will not return.
Absolute best dining experience in the area. Fantastic wait staff! Kimberley was exquisite. Owner Tim is a great guy and treats everyone as honored guests. The menu and food is out of this world and the deserts are unbelievable.
Prices are excellent for the quality and the best doggone selection of libations and specialty cocktails anywhere.
Go there you won’t be disappointed.
Staff is always very professional and courteous. My girlfriend and I found this place while living in Camas and still make trips out there for dinner a few times a year.
Big favorite of mine since moving to Camas 3 years ago. Last visit, the hen was very greasy and the grease ran off the wood board it was placed and onto my clothing...highly suggest they put this on a plate. Tasty but a little expensive for the amount of food. However, suggest the desert sampler as this was the bomb!
Overall..still love this place..
Not great value for the price , the steak was excellent but potatoes nothing special. It does have a nice atmosphere and the staff were pleasant.
