Unfortunately, there was some disconnect between Open Table and the restaurant so our 12:30 reservation was not honored as they indicated that Open Table had overbooked them. We waited 30 minutes for a table but I will say the restaurant took our order right away and we did not wait too long for food. I saw other folks waiting at least 30-45 minutes for food and it seemed they were very short-staffed.

I honestly didn't try the food, but Open Table made me rate it. This is really about their service. They were very busy because it was Mother's Day. Our reservation was at noon and we got there at 11:45. There were two parties ahead of us. One with a reservation and one WITHOUT. The waitress seated the reservation before the other person, which makes sense since they had a reservation. The woman then went to the counter and complained to who I'm guessing was the owner. The next table opened at noon and he motioned her over to sit even though she didn't have a reservation. There were at least 5 tables that didn't even have their food, yet. The waitress said it would probably be a while until we were seated. I told her I understood they were busy, but it's not ok to let that woman take our reservation and we left.

Brought my mother-in-law here for a Mother's Day lunch. The place was packed and it took 10 minutes for us to be seated even though there were open tables and we had a reservation. There was one waitress and a bus boy/cook that was helping tend to customers. Service was atrocious, but the bus boy/cook was really putting forth an effort and apologized and thanked us for our patience every chance he had. Although it took forever to get our orders taken, get our food, and pay, we were given an appetizer on the house and the food was quite good. Only the brunch menu was available, but the french toast was the perfect thickness and had a lovely berry compote with it. The breakfast pizza (with eggs and bacon on it) was an interesting idea and the dough had a nice texture. My mother in law got the eggs benedict and it was a good sized portion. Unfortunately the food did not come out all at once. Hopefully this place figures out the staffing issues, because it has potential.

This one of the worst experiences in recent history. We had a reservation for Mother’s Day and we weren’t greeted for 15 mins. We finally sat down and we placed our order. We didn’t get any drinks for 20+ mins. The tea was wrong, the coffee didn’t have sugar and they only brought 1 glass of water for the 3 of us. We asked for more but never got the water. It took about an hour to get our food and my 3 year old was going a little crazy (all he got was 1 slice of French toast). We arrived at 11:30 and left at 1:30 totally dissatisfied. I tried to speak to the waitress and she told me there were busy — there were about 14 tables in the whole place and it’s Mother’s Day- busy isn’t an excuse for terrible. Never going again.

Food was good, burgers were average but the frozen custard was amazing! Will return sometime just to eat dessert. One can order ice cream cakes there too. Was a decent find for 2 families with teens.

This was a return visit for us on a Saturday at lunchtime. We had been here just a few months before and really enjoyed our meal. What a disappointment! They have switched over to a Saturday brunch menu in the afternoon. If you wanted to select something from the regular lunch menu at 1:00, you were out of luck. We didn’t want to go hunting for another place to eat, so everyone in our party of four agreed to order from the brunch menu. Our meals were delivered one at a time - with only one server who was host, waiter, and server, we wondered if he was back in the kitchen doing the cooking too! When I asked for a bit of cheese on my scrambled eggs he said sure, we can do that, but when the order arrived, no cheese. I ordered challah toast, it arrived regular toast. To be fair, the others in our party were very happy with their meals that were served as ordered. Now that we know they only do brunch on a Saturday afternoon, if we are craving a sandwich we’ll go somewhere else. The food was good and fresh but the service was so-so. I’m not inclined to recommend this restaurant.

Our server was great! Atmosphere is really nice. Optimal wit beer was tasty. Only complaint was the veggie burger was served completely dry. Where was the aioli? Wish that would have been included or if they had asked about condiments. Otherwise it was a fun outing. I liked my Caesar salad, too.

We were thrilled to find a last minute reservation for 7 for Easter brunch. Our server was Oksana and she was great, especially being very accommodating to the two children in our group! The portions are generous and the food is good. The custard and milkshake desserts are outstanding!

Probably a good ice cream place but brunch was bad. Outrageously slow for brunch and most of the meals were sub par.
