   We made our reservations and received confirmation back from Open Table by both email and text. When we showed up at the restaurant (Fazenda Gaucha in Tulsa, Oklahoma), we found that it was closed. As best we can tell, it went out of business. As you can see, now we are being asked to review our meal !! This experience was inexcusable to us and left us scrambling for a nice place to dine at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening in Tulsa. You need to make sure that every restaurant in your systems that allows booking through your system IS OPEN for the reserved time and date.

   This place is closed!! We made New Years Eve reservations to go here on Open Table. We arrived and it was closed!

   I made a reservation on open table for Wednesday nite and it was confirmed by open table. When I arrived at the restaurant it was closed and not one car was in the parking lot. The restaurant didn't answer the phone. I left w my wife and our night was ruined!!! I was never contacted by open table or the restaurant except to ask me for this review

   The restaurant was closed when we arrived. Would have been good to know before driving an hour to get there.

   We had reservations for 6PM to celebrate my birthday and for the first date night my wife and I had had in literally years. After making the nearly hour long drive to the restaurant, we found it was completely closed! On the door was a handwritten note stating they were closed for the day due to a power outage. While I am completely understanding of the impacts of a power outage, I am NOT understanding of them making zero effort to contact those of us with reservations to let us know they were going to be closed! Especially on a Saturday evening at Christmastime. Literally everything else was booked solid. They ruined what was supposed to be a fun night dining, wasted 2 hours of my time driving and cost us a wasted babysitter. It was the first time we’d planned to try here and I won’t make this mistake again.

    Been to Texas de Brazil many times so it was a point of comparison. FG is much closer to our house and we don’t have to drive through major traffic. FG was fantastic! Food was excellent and definitely met expectation. The salad bar was a little smaller than TdB but it was also excellent! We did order a couple of cocktails which were also top notch. Service was excellent and the staff took excellent care of us! Reservations were very easy and available. We will definitely be back! Strong work guys!
