   Hi We had a very enjoyable day and would recommend it to all our friends The only changes I would like to see is on the official racecard the jokies colours should be displayed in colour on the racecard (pass this on to the right department)

   We had been to Favourites on many other occasions and really enjoyed it. However on this past occasion (May 22/16) not so much. There were too many breakfast items (at 1:30 in the afternoon) and we were told that the food would be removed around 2:30. We felt pressured to rush our meal. In addition, the quality of the items on the cold buffet table was not as enjoyable as previous visits. For the money spent, it was not worth it. I doubt we will return. Our waiter however (Jose) was fabulous.

   Had a great first time at Woodbine with our family of 8 (2 children included). We chose this venue as a new adventure to celebrate a belated Mother's Day. Although I found the lunch buffet prices kind of high, it was still worth the experience and the food was good. Service was excellent. We were not rushed thru our meal. In fact we were unsure whether we were welcome to stay to experience more of the horse racing from our table or whether we were expected to leave after finishing lunch. In the end we left after race 4 and headed to the slots. My Mom was very happy and she told us she really enjoyed the new experience as her Mother's Day treat. We will be back.....have to go back to claim my winnings on two races. !

   When booking I do not remember a screen popping up to show the higher price for the Woodbine Favourites Buffet on Mother's Day. The food was definitely not worth the inflated price. At the carvery, there were very limited sides to go with the beef or ham. Baked choices besides cakes could have been offered for dessert. The server "Manuel" was outstanding.

   Waiter was great. Told me about the promotion you had on and waited for me to get the card so I could use the discount on the meal. Food was o.k. Would have liked to see more seafood. You had a great bacon pasta last year that I was really looking forward to. Disappointed with the replacement.

   It's like a dinner theatre. Not eat dinner and have entertainment. Not the food is good and there is a lot of variety. We go go twice a year with friends. We always come away feeling like we have had a great evening. You don't have to know the horses to bet and enjoy. It's better than the casino. 20.00 can last you the evening. I hope the track always has this option. I am not a gambler but I enjoy this evening out. I would not go to the racetrack otherwise.

   Due to cold weather, the races were cancelled. Although we were disappointed, we carried on as it was my son's birthday. The Woodbine Room was much better than favorites. We like the ambiance, food and service were great. Woodbine did notify me by email to confirm my reservation and followed up with a phone call to advise that the races were cancelled. We did do off track wagering and attended the casino so overall a great night.
