It was a lovely dining experience. My date had a minor issue with her dish and Eli was very accommodating, and the situation was quickly resolved. I can’t think an another restaurant where they are so attuned to making the diner’s experience as good as it can be. They clearly take pride in what they do. Kudos to Fava Ristorante Italiano. Make a plan to eat there!

The frequent circulation of the manager and the hostess makes you realized the management sincerely cares about diners having a great experience.

This place is fantastic. Excellent service and consistently great food with ample portions. Calamari is the best around. Can’t wait to go back.

Heather was our server and was absolutely terrific! She went out of her way to make our night even more special…Heather is a gem! Food was fantastic. The Oysters Rockefeller appetizer special was so good we order a second order.

Food was great. We've eaten here before. It was Easter Sunday. Our server was slow and seemed uninterested. Overall, just poor attention on the service side. Staff around us setting up tables for a large party and moving tables in general. Could things have not been set up prior to seating other guests? It was challenging to enjoy great food with poor service and furniture moves.

This was our second visit. We had a great time. Staff is excellent. Food and drinks were very good. I forgot my credit card in the bill folder and they had it for me when I called the next day. We will definitely be back again soon!
