   We had picanha and short rib as our meat selections. The short rib was all fat and little meat. The picanha was good.  the spring greens were tasty and shared it for $24 which seems overpriced. To start we had olives and sourdough bread for $10 and $6. Delicious. For dessert we shared a rice pudding, which was excellent.  There was rhubarb in the center, which made it very flavourful. We had a beer and two glasses of wine for a total of three drinks between us. Total was $203 before tip. Thought that it is overpriced by perhaps 20%. The ambiance is OK. There is a trendy feel because the restaurant was full and it was a good crowd. The chairs were uncomfortable. The table was too small for two people. We were constantly trying to find space For the plates and food. The restaurant is located in a not great location with little parking out front, but there is parking on the side road. But it’s not an area I would normally frequent. When we told our waitress that the short ribs were extremely fatty, and we did not like them at all, she had no comment. The service was slow. Most restaurants we can be out in 90 minutes. We were not out of the restaurant for over two hours. And we never delayed ordering or sat around after our meal. If the price was less, some of the food was very good. We would consider returning, as perhaps service might be better in a return visit. For the current price there are many restaurants in Niagara region that exceed Fat Rabbit in either or all of quality of food, service, ambiance, location and price.

   Amazing mains - the butcher case is truly a marvel of Ontario and the cheeseburger also absolutely kills it. Don’t sleep on the sticky toffee pudding either.

   The menu is absolutely outstanding. It is really hard to decide what to get because it's all delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   We’ve been waiting to visit for a while! Service was great, so was the vibe, and the food and bevies were perfection! Thanks for a lovely evening, can’t wait to come back :)

   This place was fun and the steak was one of the best I have ever had. We chose the strip loin. Plenty for both of us. The tempura oyster mushrooms were light and never lost their crisp. . Taken With a bite of steak, heaven. We had a burrata appetizer with hot honey and prosciutto. It was a great dinner and a special date night. The service was attentive but not hovering. The only drawback was the size of the place. Crowded tables but you soon forget the noise and the size of the place when you start eating!!!

   We went to Fat Rabbit for our anniversary and had such a great night. The pork chop, sirloin, and white asparagus were all amazing—so flavourful and cooked perfectly. The vibe was super chill but still felt special, and the staff were awesome. Can’t wait to go back!

    Great first time here and a very nice experience. The 3 meat sampler plate was amazing, as was the pasta, and veggie dishes. The steak choice we made was for the porterhouse and the only critique would be that as we got closer to the bone it went from medium rare to blue rare. Luckily we all enjoy rare meats but it lost its flavour as it got closer to the bone. We will have to come back another time to try a different cut of meat that doesn’t have such a large bone to see the difference. Meat was not overly seasoned, so you really got to taste the meat instead of seasonings ( which could be challenging for someone who is not a meat lover). All in all a great meal, great service, as a first time attendee the servers were patient and friendly explained everything so we knew exactly how the restaurant worked. Thank you for a great Easter meal!
