Most of our dishes were fine. My wife and daughter both ordered beef medallions, and my wife’s tasted like the beef had gone bad. The chef misread the order and got my father-in-law’s dinner wrong, so he had to wait another 10 minutes to eat after everybody else was served. We saw the server four total times during our almost hour and a half in the restaurant. It was busy, but we beat the dinner rush by half an hour or so. The appetizers were good, my Stromboli was good, my other daughter’s paella was solid. I have eaten their catering before and was satisfied, but do not believe that I will eat at the restaurant again.Is this helpful?

This was my second time eating here. He food was great as always! The first server I had on my first visit was great! The second server was okay. She wasn’t as on top of refills, service, etc as the other from my previous visit. Two of us ordered 2 pieces of carrot cake to go and one of us got a completely different dessert and the one that did get the cake, the caramel sauce was not in the box. That was disappointing, but will still go back!Is this helpful?

Not our best experience - food took forever (due to a mistake in the kitchen, please note the server did compensate for it without asking), burger was dry - very dry, not over cooked just no juice or flavor. Opentable reservation was not found...so we had to sit at the bar. Looked a bit uncoordinated as we were right next to the server station and saw a lot of confusion. I think this is a great place just needs some work on execution.Is this helpful?

Unfortunately a poor first impression. Catch of the day cod was soft and bland, ahi salad had minuscule amount of fish, pizza crust was burned. And that was after the kids waited an hour for the pizza. We ordered an 18" to split and they only made a personal, an hour later the big pizza came out burnt. Wasted hour and twenty minutes, ended up going by fast food for the kids after dropping $90 there. Our round table for 6 was made by putting a cardboard circle on top of a small square table, edges kept folding over. It will be a while before we go back and give the pizza a try again.Is this helpful?

Fat Olives is one our favorite local restaurants. The entrees are consistently exceptional in preparation, flavors and presentation. They are also well known for their pizzas and other Italian specialties which family members have praised. In addition to their extensive wine list, we prefer their house cab and petit verdot for our regular visits. The environment is clean and simple. Dimming the overhead lights and adding a small candle to each table would improve the evening ambiance immensely. Would recommend that you give Fat Olives a try!Is this helpful?

We made dinner reservations to celebrate with family on my wife's new job. The server was very aware of our needs, and stayed on top of pre-bussing and refilling our drinks. My wife usually asks a lot of questions about the menu, and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and if he wasn't sure, he found out the right answer, instead of making it up. Food came out, great presentation, and even better flavor. Everyone was full and happy. We have been in for lunch before as well, and it was a great experience also. A unique menu at a fair price, casual, cozy setting. You’ll want to return again and again to try something different each visit. We’ve visited twice and it has become one of our favorite spots to eat!Is this helpful?
