    It was good, but not great for the price. Ambience is spectacular; service was superb. Food was good but a bit heavy; couldn’t finish my meal. I’ll give it another try.

    Everything was great. Food was top notch. Setting is modern, upscale, relaxed and professional. Pricing was as expected, except… 72 dollars for 4 small artisanal beers was excessive. We had a lovely enough time that I didn’t say anything.

    I ordered the Black Truffle Gnocchi at it was mediocre. The pasta was mushy and the flavor was bland unless you had a piece of the black truffle. The service and the ambiance was lovely and I did enjoy that.

    The elevated experience I had, was amazing. From the moment I stepped in everybody was devoted to give the best service possible. Food was delicious, I had the scallops and the Osobuco! Absolutely delicious!

    We chose the tasting option. Every dish was loved by everyone at the table. The tasting was smaller sized versions of regular menu items all with varying prices. Thus, we ended up with a mystery additional $300 charge at the end for upgraded plates which was never explained at time of order. Otherwise very sumptuous decor and excellent attentive service.

    fukk house meant service was below average for upscale restaurant. We chose a half bottle of red wine, to find that they only had one last bottle and when eventually it was opened , the cork had ruined the bottle. It is surprising that at Fasano you do not keep track of your wine inventory. Food was mediocre and staff was inattentive. Second visit was a disappointment, would no longer enthusiastically recommend.

    The food was not at the level for a top rated restaurant. Our second course came at room temperture and had to be sent back. Some of the dishes were bland. The food was not creative and for an Italian restaurant lacked pasta dishes. additionally it was extreamly expensive from the cocktails, wine, food and even desert and coffee.

    The experience at Fasano is everything one would desire in luxury fine dining. The service is warm and professional. The food is authentic and of the best quality. I especially recommend the fish and the pasta. Truffle season brings a special menu. The wine selections by sommelier Nicolas Dominique are absolutely fantastic and eclectic with some of the most famous wines in the world but also rare gems. And on top of this, the restaurant has been around since 1902.

    Great food, great ambience and lovely staff. Dennis our sommelier recommended a great bottle of Sicilian wine which was not too overpriced. It was our anniversary and they really looked after us. Thank you

    Best wine by the glass menu I’ve seen. Small pour (4oz), exorbitant prices but limited distribution hard to find good wines. The food was overpriced, and not very good. Dover sole for two was $130 and the amount of fish was maybe 4oz. The fish was dry and over cooked. The restaurant was understaffed. The bartender walked out mid service. And there were up charges (bottled water when I asked for tap). The staff did credit the tab and tried to make our experience better. That was very much appreciated. Only go to this restaurant on a corporate expense account. Or if you feel like paying the same price for a glass of wine as you would a bottle. Or skip it.

    Beautiful and sophisticated space. Service lapses were very significant throughout the night. Salads were completely under seasoned and underdressed. Mains were fair at best. Pasta courses were excellent. Not worthy of a Michelin star as it recently received. It is super expensive with zero value that attaches to anything on the menu. I would try it again and focus more on the pastas, but I would not be enthusiastic to do so.     Fasano is a wonderful Italian restaurant. My husband and I went on our date. The service was exceptional, the wine selection was vast and covered every taste, and the food was flavorsome. The restaurant exudes a charming Italian feel with its warm, rustic decor. Dimly lit with small lamps on each table, it provides a cozy and romantic atmosphere perfect for a date night or a gathering with friends. The staff was attentive and offered recommendations when asked. They displayed a genuine passion for the cuisine, making it clear that they wanted guests to have an enjoyable time. In summary, a stupendous Italian experience that we will be happy to repeat.

    Fabulous wine list and knowledgeable sommelier. While I thought the service and food were terrific, the restaurant struggled with a disruptive patron who was clueless to others around him and how he was treating the staff. He was responsible for a large party (UN week related apparently) and instead of finalizing arrangements beforehand, he changed them upon arrival multiple times. Management should avoid such disruptions to the rest of their patrons who are more likely to come back again. Definitely will go back and hope the ambience is better.
