    The mozzarella salad ans french onion soup were both prepared well. Both people had pork chops which were very good. The baked potatoes were cold and you could tell had been reheated. Where the meal was sorely missing was the service. Gary, our server, is not trained properly for a fine dining experience. We had to ask for our drinks, ask for refills, and didn't see him from the time he took our order until we paid the check. If it wasn't for the food runner/busser, who was clearly overworked but doing an excellent job, we didn't feel much would have gotten done in the restaurant.

    We had a small table for four people, and the only food that we enjoyed was the shrimp cocktail and the Caesar salad. My friends lobster tail was tough and tasteless. My friends, prime rib was overcooked. My sirloin was also overcooked. My husband had seafood combination that was OK. The server was rude and rushed. Both couples with celebrating anniversaries, and there was nothing celebratory about this evening

    Ok place to go for special occasion. Overpriced. Service Ok. Piano player, good. Most everything Alacarte. $10. for a potato or rice or any side. Not a big menu, I think they need to add some more choices.

    The restaurant was clean and quiet and we didn’t have to wait. Jack, the bartender can make a decent drink but has the personality of a doorknob. Our server started out very aggressive to the point of almost rude, but did a 180 mid meal, and became very attentive. The height of the visit would definitely be the food and the maître d’ who was absolutely wonderful. I don’t think at this location they’re concerned about repeat or local business but if you’re at the casino with a lack of choices, it is a good meal!

    Usually enjoy the place but this time was disappointed by both the food and service. Service seemed rushed and unresponsive. My wife and I order a drink before dinner and we’re never asked if we would like another. We asked to have wine with our meal, the waiter asked that we “ remind “ him when the food arrived but we could not find him to do just that. When we finally did get his attention we were half way through the meal and the response was, “ok, I didn’t put it on the bill anyway”. That wasn’t the point, we would have enjoyed the wine. The steak I ordered was fatty and not of great quality. I hope this was just a glitch but it did taint our opinion.

    Farraddays is the perfect place to celebrate 🍾 a Birthday. Dominique and his staff are very attentive and provide excellent service. The lobster with crab and filet mignon are the best entrees on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant for any festive events!

    They eliminated one price for brunch and eliminated several food items. Three orders for chicken and waffles and all the chicken was under cooked. (YUK!) Food and Beverage needs to step up its game to compete in the casino race in tbe area. I have been a loyal customer for many years and Harrahs so far has been a disappointment. Leaning to take my business elsewhere.

    FIVE STAR, excellent dining experience quiet wonderful ambiance we could actually talk to each other. Many places are so loud. The restaurant atmosphere was inviting. The food was perfect to our taste, nice presentation and hot. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress Robyn was fabulous. The only suggestion that we would make is it was very cold.

    Food erratic. Menu does have a lot of choices. Shrimp cocktail were nice large prawns. Prime rib medium rare was tough and fatty. Branzino was moist and flaky. Server too busy covering multiple tables. Set up for servers with work station/computers in main dining room is off putting. Hear servers talking and complaining including about customers.

    Nice steakhouse in a Harrahs. Absolutely the best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time starting with the host, what a nice caring man, and our waiter and server equally terrific. Fair price for a casino restaurant but the food was definitely a notch above the normal Harrahs restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I have throat cancer so eating is always a challenge but all made me feel at ease here. Will return.

    Food and service were both exceptional. We had the chicken parmigiana and the red snapper special, the coconut ginger sauce was delicious We were seated by the Dominque, the manager, who have us great advice on the wine, the Napanook Cabernet was stellar

    The pork chops at Farradays are amazing. We order them medium rare and they are juicy and tender with a blush of pink. Coupled with their always perfect mashed potatoes and asparagus, made for a perfect dinner. Impeccable service by Robyn and a visit from the remarkable Dominque, Maitre d. Going back tonight!

    The food was not good at all. It was diner food at best. Ordered the prime rib for $42.00 and it was maybe 1/2” thick . The food runner forgot horseradish sauce. Waiter forgot my salad. Creamed spinach was disgusting and the waiter never bothered to ask if we wanted dessert . I never leave reviews especially bad ones but I wouldn’t go back if the food was free . Unfortunately a bad experience here on our Anniversary

    Restaurant was much quieter then we expected, being a steakhouse in a casino, but we were pleasantly surprised by the ambience. Waiter was constantly on the move, covering a lot of tables. He tried but was not able to handle everything and keep up, as you can see by the dishes i describe. By the time he got back to ask us if everything was okay, we had given up and just ate. Food was both better then expected and not as good as we hoped. Salad was fine, dessert was good. Main courses ordered were an osso boco and a special, chicken parmigiana. The osso boco was tasty, but came to the table just warm, while the risotto was very hot. The chicken was the opposite, it was very hot while the spaghetti was barely warm. If the waiter was more present we probably would have sent the dishes back to be corrected, but...

    The food was very good. Service was excellent.  Overall experience was number one even though the waitress made mistake with my credit card and the table next to me caught in time, and everything was fixed promptly. I will recommend it thoroughly.

    Very Nice, They have no music on back ground on, before the piano starts- so you hear silverware and everyone conversation- simply fix have back ground music on at all time until the music starts.

    Had a wonderful dinner last night with my boyfriend and mother! We ordered the seafood paella, salmon and filet mignon- everything delicious! Our server was also very attentive. The booths were super comfortable! Overall, I would recommend this steakhouse if you’re near the Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach area.

    Food was excellent along with service. From Dominique to Robin to James who assisted Robin, all were top of the line and made the experience superb. I was very happy to see the entree of Chicken Parmigiana on the menu, which was a 10. Hope it will be a permanent choice on the regular menu.

    The food was just okay. It wasn't anything spectacular but much better than anything else at that location. I thought the lobster bisque was not good. I didn't finish it and I love a good bisque. The pasta was better but nothing to write home about. I'll go there again and try the steak.
