   Excellent experience at the Faro Blanco! It all started with service - plenty of staff, friendly and helpful. Food was flavorful, interesting and fresh. Would only say that the price includes an elevated atmosphere that the restaurant deserves, but is on the pricier end of options here in Cozumel.

   Omg. What a great experience. From the minute we walked in the staff was attentive and friendly. Our waiter Armando was great. But then the food!!!!! Wow. Everyone’s appetizers were sooo delicious and fresh. Then the main course came— my lobster melted in my mouth, the mahi mahi superb and the crab and shrimp risotto was delicious and had plenty of seafood!! We highly recommend and will also be back again!!!!

   Carpaccio was not raw. It was cooked beyond what you would expect roast. Overall all the sashimi and raw items were toss and maybe a piece was eaten. If on property, maybe give it a shot. Much better options are down for great dining.

   David was an excellent waiter and provided a wonderful dining experience. We ordered vegetable wontons, charred Caesar salad and a grilled xtabentun shrimps and tamale. Our meal was excellent and we have already booked an additional reservation during our stay. We are foodies and loved everything we tried. Highly recommend!

    Exquisite culinary experience. Faro Blanco exceeds expectations on all levels. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff is so attentive and passionate about giving the best service ever! We started with the mussels and Peruvian soup and entrees were the New York strip and seafood risotto. Everything was excellent. Thank you Faro Blanco for a special evening!
