   A first class experience on my first visit to Farmyard. Staff were excellent - attentive, knowledgeable, polite & helpful. Food was fantastic - everyone in our party lovely everything they were presented with, and all was served promptly (not too slowly and not too quickly!). I will definitely be back.

   Excellent food - top class ingredients prepared in a modern but not pretentious way. Service was outstanding. Strongly recommended for lunch or any meal!

   An excellent place, delicious food and very friendly. Not cheap, but good value given the quality of the food and cooking. Olive bonbons - very tasty. Venison - delicious! Lamb - also delicious. Well organised taste experience. Dessert was also amazing.

   Fantastic food, as always, enjoyed by our party of four including one vegetarian. Fine dining style food without the pretentiousness. Always something different on the menu even for the veggie. We were all in near ecstasy whilst eating Farmyard’s Chocolate Bar

   I loved the starter: broccoli soup with almonds and a blue cheese ravioli. I was a bit disappointed with the smoked celeriac as a main. I'm having a good at vegetarianism but I found the main dish options for this lifestyle surprisingly a bit lacking. The dessert was average in my opinion. I can't remember the name of the dish but it had an orange and ginger sponge which again, just my opinion, could have looked a bit more appetising. I would like to give this restaurant another go perhaps when the menu is tweaked again since I love their ethos of no waste and local sourcing!
