Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch Ratings and Reviews
Can’t say enough good things about Farmstead. A friend and I had lunch on a beautiful day in Napa. Lunch at Fsrmstead was amazing! Based on other reviews, we started with the cheddar biscuits and honey butter, and the buratta - delicious! For a main course I ordered the trout which was one of the best trout dishes I’ve ever eaten - mushrooms, fennel, almonds with a light mustard, bacon sauce - really excellent. The restaurant is lovely, and the service was exceptional. Definitely, an excellent choice if you’re in Napa.
I think this restaurant is overpriced for what you get $81.00 for three glasses of wine is outrageous, their burrata appetizer looked like soup no consistency to the cheese at all, very disappointed, we gave this restaurant another chance as we first went to this restaurant when it first opened and we were disappointed then, but figured they had to get the kinks out. never again too many good restaurants in the wine country definitely skip this one.
This restraraunt has a great atmosphere and the food was great!! Staff was very friendly and attentive. It was a rainy day so didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor seating but has a bar and seating outside! As with most places in the wine country it is a bit pricey, but overall I would definitely recommend!!!
What a great place! We loved the food, the ambiance and especially our server “Ernie” it’s been a couple of days so we believe that was his name. His service was second to none. He knew the food and drink menu very well, seemed to check in just at the right times and always had a smile on his face. We had the burrata which was amazing as well as the hamburger and gnocchi, both were exceptional. The lemon meringue pie was out of this earth, sadly it is seasonal, so won’t be available for long however it’s one of those desserts you’ll never forget :). We would definitely go back and highly recommend it. Love the casual feel but the food delivers!
On an average the food was good. The cheese biscuits were great. We ordered the dish with Barata cheese and it was not good at all even though the waitress recommended it. I had to risirto. it was just average. My son had a Porkchop it was great. The biggest thing of the night was it was way too dark in the restaurant.
Normally this is my favorite restaurant in Napa, however today was disappointing. I ordered the roast beef sandwich - I was looking forward to it all day - but 15 minutes after placing my order the server told me they were sold out and I had to make a new choice :-(. I chose something else but it wasn’t the same.
Absolutely incredibly amazing! Epic service, food and atmosphere! These Bostonians loved it! Wine was awesome too! Farm stead cab was so good! A great experience for our first evening in the wine country! Set a high bar for the rest of our trip!! Cheers to Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch!
Went there for lunch for my birthday (near xmas)- it was really loud and busy but nice staff. Took a little long to get drinks and apps. Appetizers were great- special lamb sliders and deviled eggs. The cheddar biscuits are amazing. The entrees we ordered- smoker ribs and roast beef sandwich were not great- a little dry and missing salt. We would have been ok (full enough) without the entrees.
