Good effort on the side of interior design. Good staff. Food is impressive to read about and look at. Appreciated that the food comes out nice and warm/hot.

This was my 2nd dining experience at Farmhouse & what a difference. The first time it was ok, but the 2nd time, it was absolutely outstanding. Farmhouse offers a vegan entree - roasted eggplant - that is perhaps the only one in Sonoma that is thoughtfully created, beautifully presented & absolutely delicious. You don’t have to be vegan to love it. The gnocchi is light, airy & perfect in a pesto sauce. The desserts are amazing. Everything comes out from the kitchen looking like it’s a 5 star establishment. Love this place!

Everything was wonderful and amazing! The food was fresh and prepared from scratch. The atmosphere was charming and we loved all the detail to make you feel at home. The iced tea was so good and strong. I’m super picky with my tea. Loved it! We enjoyed both our meals. My pizza had so much flavor. And his steak sandwich was packed with flavor as well. We will definitely be back. The servers were attentive, but not over-beating or interrupting our meal. We did not feel rushed at all, which was a nice change of pace! Everything was lovely!

Drinks came after food was served, carbonera was not good but eggplant dish last week was good. Waited too long for dessert so cancelled it.

For $160 tip included for 2 I would expect a finer dining experience. Service was very good, food good but not exceptional. This establishment needs to find a way to either be exceptional or simply live up to reasonable expectations. None of the mains, while good ,did not deliver fine dining. It will be interesting to see how long locals will pay for this experience. I hope Farmhouse finds a way to do both.

Visiting friends in the area last week and this was dinner our first night in town. We went right after they opened for the night, there was only 1 or 2 occupied tables before us. The server said they had only been opened for about 2 months, so I don't know if the word is out yet about them, plus we were there a bit early for dinner. Unfortunately I don't remember our server's name, but he was great. For apps we ordered the brie toast and the calamari. Both were excellent. The calamari batter was seasoned just perfect with a perfect crunch. For those squimish about calamari, they do also serve the "tentacles". The brie is toasted with a touch of honey. I would have never thought of that, but it was really good. Their menu is not extensive, for entrees we had Caesar salad, the branzino, Margherita pizza, roasted chicken. Pretty much everything was good. However, the purple cauliflower puree that came with the branzino did not really look too appealing. It was kind of a purplish grey goop under the fish. We are from out of state. Would we come back if in the area? Possibly.

We had a delightful dinner last night at Farmhouse. The place was large, airy and tastefully decorated. Farmhouse is cozy, casual and perfect for any occasion - date night, a drink with friends, or family dinner. We ordered the NY strip steak and it was juicy and cooked to perfection. The Brussel sprouts appetizer and the Panna Cotta were amazing as well. Dawa and her staff were warm and attentive and we could not be happier with the service. In short, we had all the ingredients for a perfect end of school year celebration. Highly recommend this place.
