An anergetic and lively atmosphere, but serving drinks with flashing lights in the glasses doesn’t translate to a good dining experience. First off, the menus are confusing. There are too many of them, it isn’t clear whether they overlap, and the server (who was seemingly always in a hurry to do something else) was of little help deciphering them. The food garners high marks for fancy presentation but was disappointing. The pad see ew noodles were gummy and dead and the vegetables were not much better. I had the Khao soi neua with tofu instead of beef. The proportions were off here, with massive blocks of somewhat rubbery tofu overwhelming the other components. It was clear that the chef was in a hurry. The service was lacking, with rare visits by the apparently too-busy server. For a fun atmosphere and flashing lights in your beverage glasses, this is the place to go, but if you’re looking for good food and service, you’re better off skipping Farmhouse.

It was a good experience. They seemed to be short on servers but who isn't these days. The servers were working hard, not their fault it took a little time to get our order taken. I would eat here again.

Service is amazing and so is the food. Drinks are delicious and fun. Dewey the host is the absolute best!!

Phenomenal food. We ordered the platter and enjoyed every bit of it. The waitstaff was very kind and welcomed our wiggly toddler.

1st time experience, not very impressed with food or service. Food was mid compared to other Thai options in PDX especially for the price & the music was very loud making it difficult to hear during dinner conversation. Also, we were not offered dessert before the check was dropped off and when we asked we were told they were out of mango sticky rice which is what we all wanted, so that was disappointing considering there wasn’t anything else on the menu that looked good and this was a birthday dinner. The highlight was the Genie-Make a Wish cocktail which is a fun celebratory drink and would recommend just stopping by for that. All in all, won’t be back to downtown location. May give the Hawthorne location a try someday.

We order papaya salad, Hat Yai fried chicken and Pad See Ew. Papaya salad was not shreded but sliced papaya and it was extremely crunchy to eat. Both Hat Yai fried chicken and Pad see Ew got served room temperature. The fried chicken tasted like fast food style fried chicken served with rice. There is nothing special about it. It is a $32 dish but it tasted like $10 KFC chicken. The Pad see Ew tastes OK but it it definately didn't taste like it was made fresh to order. It tasted like it has been made in big batch or something we would take out from a buffet, it doesn't have fresh taste that you get from a stir fry dish. It is the worst worst meal we ever had and we love Thai food.
