Disappointed with the experience. The food looks great, but unfortunately, the taste doesn’t live up to the presentation. To make matters worse, the servers were quite rude and dismissive. Definitely expected better service and flavor for the price.

Amazing customer service and amazing food! I definitely recommend this restaurant and location! My family and I had a great time.

This place fell off hard. One of the more embarrassing meals end to end I've ever had with a group for a birthday. Started with the server telling us some of the basic menu items were sold out, fine. But server was visibly irritable about something and didn't seem to care when I mentioned it was a celebration. Food comes out & papaya salad was WAY too spicy, even for us who like spice. Paid extra for 'Wagyu' beef that was clearly some type of tough chewy sirloin. Thai teas too sweet, pad see ew tasted like nothing. & top it off with the fact that half the staff didn't care to be there in a half full restaurant on a thursday afternoon. They completely ignored me again when I say we're celebrating a bday while they sing & deliver a candle for the table next to us. Just embarrassed I picked that place & consensus in the group was that we won't ever be coming back.

Recommend the restaurant for a casual dinner with a very good menu with respect both food and drink, nice addition to Menlo Park dine out options

We had a reservation at 7:30. We waited for a server to take our drink order for about 10 minutes. When the server came he took our drink order and then asked for our food order and we asked for a little more time and he then informed us that the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes. We went ahead and ordered and were eating our dinner when he came back and told us that it was last call for drinks. We ordered 2 drinks each to enjoy during dinner. This dinner was a birthday celebration for our daughter and we felt too rushed to enjoy it. They shouldn't take a reservation at 7:30 if they are closing at 8:00. If I knew that I would have dined elsewhere.

The food was generally good. The green curry was a bit too spicy - the waiter should’ve discussed spice levels with us as we just went with the default and that is too spicy for most folks (we are used to a lot of spicy food). Besides that the other food was really fresh and tasty. The portions were not huge but not too small either. The prices are a bit high but the ambience somewhat justifies it. The service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. One thing we found odd was that they bring out the birthday singing and the drums only if you order dessert! Most places give a token free dessert - they didn’t tell us this before we got our check. We had said it was a birthday dinner on our reservation. We didn’t want dessert but wanted the singing for our birthday girl - we had to send the check back and order some dessert just for that. At these prices, they should be able to give a token dessert for free with the birthday singing.

Service was great. Vegetarian spring rolls were very good. Ambiance was nice. Some dishes were not that great. The vegetarian yellow curry had lot more onions than other vegetables. The pad Thai was not looking very appetizing.
