   Since we are members we were offered by email to make reservations to their new restaurant so we jumped at the chance. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious, the service was immediate and everyone was so friendly and nice! And I give them even more kudos since it was only their second day open! Great experience and we can't wait to go back to try more items!

   So nice to be surrounded by the gardens and enjoy the quiet of the outside. Food was so creative and delicious. The fresh veggies and thoughtful proteins really capture the farm-forward intention. Really love the shared plate approach — we were all happy with the various options we tried (our kiddo also loved the adult menu offerings!). Lots of cocktails and nice wines to enjoy, too. Excited to have a nice dining spot to enjoy the warm LA weather!

   Just opened and the food is amazing! And the staff were so lovely. Can’t wait to see where they are in a couple of months after they work out the minor details. But overall, this is my new favorite thing at Descanso.

   Hi there, I was disappointed to be seated inside when I requested inside. Also, MOST importantly, nobody, at any time told me that cash was not accepted. I have pretty much sworn off credit cards so that was an uncomfortable moment. May I suggest having the servers inform patrons up front or post it on the menu or something. That was way awkward. Thank you. Other than that, the meal was terrific. And our server, Julia, was a doll. k.

   We finished touring the garden at 1:15 pm. We had 2:15 reservations and checked if we can get a table earlier. We were told our table is not ready. We waited at the bar. The guy the bar was able to get us a table. Sorry we didn’t get his name, but it was very nice to do that. Everyone were friendly, service was great. We ordered grilled Asian beef short ribs and chopped vegetable salad. Both very good. I have Descanso garden membership and visit often. Will dine again at Farmhouse

   Fantastic experience all the way around. Had lunch outside. It was delightful. The food was really delicious, the service (Rebecca) was outstanding and the outdoor ambiance was terrific. Would highly recommend. I had the Asian Chicken Salad and my husband had the pork tenderloin. Both were next level. I had a glass of delicious white wine and my husband had a cocktail. Can't wait to go again!

    Beautiful space. On the pricier side. I loved my companions' meals; my tuna sandwich was not as good as I would have liked. You can't find a prettier spot to dine!
