    We really enjoyed this restaurant. I had the Shrimp Scampi and it was excellent. My husband had the Americano pizza and he enjoyed it although not quite as thrilled with it. We sat outside on a Sun evening and it was very busy, a little loud but felt like a summer evening on Oct 1.

    Waitress was very friendly. Made a reservation but they still had us waiting 25+ min after our reservation time to be seated. The food was good. The noise level was a little loud but it was a busy Saturday so that’s to be expected.

    Overall disappointing. Spicy Provencal mussels was not spicy or special; just tasted like Ragu from a jar. Jambalaya was also lacking. The cornbread was good. The server was nice.

    The food was bland, albeit well prepared and well presented. Service was outstanding, but I went because I heard the food was great. Spinach dip didn’t have any cheese or seasoning, and the chips had no salt on them. Lemon herb brick cooked chicken was boring and I had some ligaments(?) that were so chewy I had to take them out of my mouth.

    I think this place has lots its way a bit. Too many options on the menu and nothing stellar. My chicken was meh. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm as were the inedible string beans. They looked like the frozen kind, french style, which actually would have bene preferable to the hard, uncooked side I was served. Kitchen was SOOO slow on a time of day when the restaurant was not at all busy

    Slow service bordering on neglectful. Food was pretty good though mussels were not hot as we think they sat too long before coming out. Decent atmosphere but nothing special.

    My wife and I picked up our daughter at Georgetown and made it over to the restaurant at just the perfect time....food was great and boy was the service on top of things! They were very attentive especially considering how busy it was! I'd totally go back...good food and fun atmosphere.

    The food is plentiful, unique, and delicious. Weekend brunch gets pretty crowded by 11 or so. Don't miss out on the passed items. I noticed several of the items on the buffet were missing their marker, though - recommend the restaurant makes sure everything is labeled. Also, there was no peanut butter pie which is one of my favorite desserts and I was really looking forward to. Staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet isn't cheap, so I recommend you don't eat prior to brunch! Drinks, including coffee and tea, are an additional charge and the cocktails are relatively small.

    Farmers Fishers and Bakers has been and will always be one of my favorite places to dine! It is a beautiful restaurant in a gorgeous location. The food is incredible & so is the hospitality from not only our appointed server but the servers walking around with food to try! Their brunch is SO good!!!

    Started off by entering the restaurant with 3 people behind the desk and not one acknowledged the fact we walked in--and it was obvious they saw us. After a few minutes they did ask if we had reservations - which we did, they had us step to the side until a table was ready (it wasn't packed so tables were empty). The noise level in the restaurant is off the charts. So loud you basically have to shout to be heard by anyone in the party. The wait staff was great. Food was served in a good amount of time. It was decent - nothing to write home about but not amazing either. The iced tea was the best part of the meal. We probably won't be back.

    Awful experience - food was disgusting and they were out of most of the buffet items. They also did not serve multiple items on the menu which were necessary for my dietary restrictions. Overall this place is a complete rip off and I would not recommend coming - you will pay $100 for 2 people and they will be out of 3/4 of the brunch items! Terrible experience

    Ms. Erica was an absolute delight and really went above and beyond to make sure that all of our party was included in the visit. Even offering to walk with a member of our party who is blind to the buffet to make sure his experience was as delightful as possible. We will 100% be returning to this location and will be sure to request Ms. Erica again.

    Arrived 5:25 PM for 5:30 PM reservation - wasn't seated until 5:45 PM. Nice table though we had to change the chairs to some that were more comfortable. Bought their Green and Black Kale salad (excellent though a bit pricey), Crab Cakes (good crab cakes though slaw was very plain and fries were overdone) and Brussel Sprouts and Butternut Squash pizza (this was rather disappointing as it had a very thin coat of Brussel sprout shavings and melted squash and light white cheese...overwhelmed by the thin crust (crust did have good taste though we wish whole wheat or other whole grain was available). Something was wrong with their beer taps so they had no beer available to order - only wine so we drank water. Due to slow seating and service we could not consider dessert as we had to get to a play at the Kennedy Center and thought we had allowed enough time, but were in error.

    Hostess station chaotic, disorganized and unwelcoming. Even with reservation had to ask about our table many times as staff kept shifting and disappearing. There was no one in charge just a flurry of nonproductive activity. We arrived a few minutes early and were finally seated a half hour after our reservation. Our waitress offered good service and we tipped her well. Recommend that future guests remain persistent with hostess’ as they are basically incompetent.

    We went on a Saturday for the brunch buffet. The food was good and our server, Brian, was friendly and attentive. The only drawback was the chaotic check-in process. Although we had a reservation, it took about 15 minutes from when we arrived to get seated (granted, we were a few minutes late). It was a busy time and it seemed like the restaurant was having trouble turning tables. The layout of the restaurant was also difficult to navigate: there's just one door that leads from the outdoor patio where we ate to the buffet area, and the entryway was crowded with people standing around waiting for a table. Some changes to the flow of the restaurant would make for a more pleasant dining experience.

    I attended Saturday brunch buffet. The food at the hot table was not in chaffers so was not hot. Some hot items were not restocked fast enough, so customers were forced to return to the buffet many times to get an item they wanted. Food items, like salad, on the cold table were not cooled with ice, so I didn't feel safe eating them. The tongs customers used to pick up foods were sticky. Farmers should should changing out the utensils when the food is replenished.

    The food was not terrible. The eggs were cold hard and rubbery, French toast was hard, the honey chicken was tough and dry. For $32 or more I was expecting a delicious brunch for our Wedding anniversary overall the food was not good and the staff did not refresh the stations frequently enough. I would not go back to this restaurant!

    Seating situation was dicey. We were told to go outside and wait. No one seemed to be there, or managing the outside seatings. Our food was “okay” and there was an issue with my cocktail order, and in The end neither drink was drinkable. I was hoping for an adult date night, but there were tons of kids running around unsupervised which ruined the experience. Not the restaurants fault, but I had thought that an upscale location waterfront would be a better evening than we had
