The restaurant is upscale casual, which welcomes business casual dress, and dress that would be appropriate in a nice restaurant; this includes jeans and athletic wear, and warm-weather clothing, including shorts.
The artichoke dip and biscuit appetizers were amazing! The main dishes were not as good unfortunately. But they had great service and great wine!
My brother in law and his wives first visit to Georgetown. Other than the restaurant being on the noisy side, we had a great evening.

The service was terrible and the food was ok. I didn't think it was worth the hype.
Come for the food, not the experience, or you will be disappointed.
The good: Food. Eat lots of it because it. Is. Delicious! Personally, I recommend the NY Strip and Enchiladas. Excellent. Lots of other great entree and appetizers to choose from, and dessert is great if you save room. I had a carrot cake donut with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that was great!
The bad: Everything else. We had a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, and checked in with the host stand. We were sat almost 15 minutes after our reservation time, which means a 30 minute wait. In fairness, part of our party arrived promptly at our reservation time, but those of us were early wanted to start drinking and order appetizers; i guess the restaurant doesn’t want the extra money. Once we finally were seated, drinks were pricey and not great. Our server was not prompt nor attentive. Drinks (alcoholic and water, were often empty), our order was not taken with any sense of attentiveness, and empty dishes were not cleared in a reasonable amount of time. One of the entrees (mussels) was over cooked and not pleasing, but the server was too inattentive to notice and didn’t come around frequently enough to request a replacement. We ended up sharing our other food with that diner instead.
On top of all of that, the restaurant has not done enough to install noise dampening elements, so we were almost yelling the whole 2-hour meal just to hear one another. Four out of five of us are in our 30s and have an active social life, so it’s not as if we expect a quiet retirement home experience, but the noise level was really a bit much. To punctuate it, our serve seemed to be straining to hear us when she took our orders.
Overall, not a great experience and I would not recommend it for special occasions.
The hostess at the front desk was extremely patient, kind and wonderful to everyone while being extremely busy. It is not easy being that nice and organized when to many people are standing in a very cramped waiting area staring at you for 45-60 mins each. That brings up the worst part of the whole experience the crowded front door area. Too many staff running plates of food and drink through the waiting area and front door. It’s already to crowded without people trying work through there as well.
I had such a great time at Farmers Fishers Bakers! We made a reservation for a party of 9 and were seated immediately when we arrived. The server was fantastic and the food was unbelievable. As for beverages, we only had wine and beer so I cannot comment on the cocktails but all of the food was great so I'm assuming their cocktails probably are as well. We started with the giant onion rings which were so good I was thinking about ordering some to go once we were done. For entrees we got steaks and they were all cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious and the portions of everything were extremely generous.

We went for lunch on a Monday to celebrate a birthday. I requested a dessert be delivered to the table for the birthday girl with my online reservation and confirmed with the hostess when we arrived. I wanted the dessert to be a surprise so I didn’t mention it when the waiter asked us if we wanted to order dessert. Well, the dessert never came. I understand how this can happen but was still a bummer.
We also found the menu selections lacked healthy options and was a bit over spiced. The mascarpone white pizza had too much heat and was difficult to enjoy.
We enjoyed the ambience and location but will try somewhere else for fresh seafood options and an overall healthier, simpler menu.
Service was very slow. We had a reservation 8.45pm on Friday and still had to wait 18 min for our table. Our server was nowhere to be seen after handing us the menus. After ordering ceviche and our entrees we waited 25 min for ceviche which should take no more than 10 and and our food took good 36 min. Kids were hungry and getting impatient so we flagged someone since our server was nowhere to be seen. The manager came and told us she will look into it and never came back. After our food we wanted to see the desert menu but waited a long time to get our server. Time for our check. server brought our check and said since we waited so long they have waived our all the entees!! okey.
They need to work on their communication skills. We were happy not because they waived our half bill but the food was excellent. We would've paid the whole bill because the food was so good. Service on the other hand not so good. We saw other servers back and forth except ours. Will definitely go back for the food and sit in the different section.
The food was great
Easter Sunday dinner at a madhouse. That is the only way I can describe the bustling atmosphere, forgotten orders, and unbearable decibel levels in this restaurant. I had to shout to be heard by my husband, sitting closely across from me. Food was okay, but just.
Went her for Easter Lunch and the food was fantastic! The service was wonderful and it was a great overall experience. Would highly recommend
Great afternoon with three generations of women.
The Sunday brunch is really fantastic but we did not know that it ended at 2pm and our reservation was for 2pm. You can imagine a lot of the food was gone and by the time we were ready for dessert, there was none. So yes, in that respect get an early reservation for the best selection of foods. I feel we should have paid less because we got less.
Does not really live up to the hype, as its impossible to get in without reservations for brunch. Its a good brunch, but there was only one bartender which made a very long wait for drinks/mimosas.
Mimosas are a little expensive too, just for orange juice and champagne.
The food was good, but not really your traditional brunch items. No mac and cheese, no pancakes or waffles, no regular salads, or other sides.
The toast, ham, dips, guac, and meatballs were amazing though!

The brunch menu, while vast, was underwhelming, especially considering the cost. There are a lot of options, but the quality of the food was not that great, which is an understandable issue considering the number of options being offered. The service was mediocre, but I think this is just because of the sheer volume of guests. We were never offered the cinnamon rolls or biscuits, and rarely got coffee or water refills, and only one server came by to offer sushi from a tray.I’ve been here for a regular meals and the difference is notably better. Won’t be returning for brunch.
BEST brunch EVER. I seriously don't think I have ever had a better brunch. A real class act!

Missed the reservation time at 8:15am. Called the restaurant to inform them of the situation and was told that I only had a 15-minute grace period, but I would still be able to come with a delay in sitting. When we arrived, the hostess (Kiara) spoke with her manager and said that we could still dine, however gave us 2 options: we can either eat inside but had to give up the table by 10:30am for another reserved group because they were booked all-day or dine in the outdoor sitting area with the assurance of industrial space heaters and overhead warming lamps. We chose inside, were immediately seated to a table where we could automatically begin partaking in weekend brunch, and our waiter (Maxwell) was at the table once we returned to take our order for anything else that was not listed on the menu or at the brunch buffet. We enjoyed the brunch and were finished in time but told to relax and not rush, because the crowd began to slow down. They asked if they could get us anything else, but we chose to stick to 10:30 deadline. We missed the reserved time, but were still accommodated by the restaurant. Food and service were excellent. They ran out of an appetizer we ordered but otherwise would definitely eat here again.

Clam chowder was so good! Highly recommend! Service was just okay had to keep flagging our waiter down but it was very busy (it was a Saturday night).

The experience was good
Showed up 30 mins early for our reservation. We were told they were running on time and to come back in 30 mins. Came back 5 mins early, and then waited 30 additional mins to be seated. The worst part, is we were waiting patiently, because we understand how it can be, but then saw them seat someone who came up and bitched. And that was after we were told we were #1 on the list. That’s what happens when management is greedy and overbooked reservations and then takes walk ins over reservations. Terrible experience and food was good, but definitely not worth that kind of treatment. And not even an acknowledgement of the poor treatment. Bad management.

Unfortunately the server was so terrible it impacted every other aspect of our experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, we were fortunate enough to have two tables (adults and teenagers) outside, and our expectations for service in general were calibrated for challenging circumstances. And as a former waiter in my younger years, I am very forgiving in many instances of the server, giving them the benefit of the doubt at every turn. Having said that, this woman did not belong in that environment. She lacked training, and the people skills it takes to be a server. Every other server, buster, food runner, etc that we encountered to support her was great...she just did not do anything well.
The most bizarre exchange capsulized the entire service experience.
At an appropriate time, when I was through with lunch she cleared my plate & utensils. And then after carrying my dishes to another table about 20 ft away, she brought my dish back to me and threw it down like a hot plate in a diner. It was so strange I had to ask my friend that I was talking with if she just saw the same thing I did. And she never did come back and clear my plate.
The food was good, although we might have ordered different things had they been explained in an appetizing manner. As such our table of adults ate sushi, burgers or tacos. All of which were adequate, but I’m sure the menu has better offerings than typical pub fare.
We spent $500 on lunch between our two tables, and while the view of the water and fountain were great, they should have been able to provide a better server.

Beautiful restaurant. Great service. I wasn't impressed with the food, and for this reason I had only 1 plate. I paid $75 for brunch for 2 but did not get my values worth simply because I didn't enjoy the food enough. Service was great and our server was very attentive.
Pedie, I am very sorry that the items on our buffet brunch really didn't speak to you and you left under-whelmed with the food this time. Overall the experience was very good. However, we were disappointed that the menu change resulted in FFB getting rid of the breads and broths, which was our favorite appetizer. Additionally, the special of the day, the corvina, was overpriced and the veggies that came with it were lackluster.
Would still refer FFB to a friend, but these issues were disappointing
Wait staff was friendly, attentive and prompt. Spicy fried chicken with donut was the best, crunchy and well seasoned. Fried fish platter was good; wish the crab cake was not breaded and deep fried.
Outstanding food! Food service was exceptional, but our waitress showed up to take our order and to give us our check. I'm glad that no one at my table wanted a drink refill.
I was seated on time and my waiter was very nice. The food is very rich but flavorful. The menu is huge so there is something that everyone will enjoy
Bar service was very slow. We ordered a second round of drinks with our entrees. We were almost done eating...we said to cancel the order. The server said it would only be 2 more minutes so we said all right. By the time the two drinks came we were done eating and canceled the order.
The manager came over and apologized and said he was removing the drinks from our order. At the very least since we never received them. It left a bad taste in our mouth on the experience. The manager could have comped the first round of drinks.
We won't be back.

Great location. A lot of variability on the menu with interesting options. There were 6 of us in the party and all the entrees were way too loaded with salt. I like salt but this was over the top. Could taste it half the night as we all were drinking a lot of water as the excess salt created significant thirst.
Too a bit long but with the wait.
