I understand it’s Covid so no indoor dining but at least make the experience worth while. Not understanding why this company has not invested in igloos to kept the customer warm. The heater at the outdoor tables did not work because it’s open cold air and the heaters were not strong enough and some of the heaters didn’t work.
We have been in this pandemic for almost a year and probably until 2022. Invest in making the outdoor dining experience worth the money. Will not return to this location love the company but not prepared for the conditions.
Hi FabulousFoodie: Thank you for your review and I am super sorry for the disappointments with our patio seating during your recent visit. :( Please know, we do have an Igloo here available for reservations, and are doing everything we can to make our patio as ideal as possible. This said, we would love to have you back for another try once the weather warms up and I will send you a DM to stay in touch! -Amy
All dining is outdoors these days. It was pretty cold Sat. night; the heating elements only reached the table level and nothing was blocking the wind. Despite freezing our tootsies, the waitress was terrific (friendly, engaging, knowledgeable) and the food was great. We definitely will return to try other menu offerings ... after the temperatures rise.
Very good service!
Went here for brunch. Food was okay, but eggs were completely unseasoned. Service was fine, but nothing special.
Bummer! I am so sorry, Ryan to read that nothing about your brunch visit WOW'D you and sadly, both the food & service fell short. This said, I would love to turn this around and will send you a DM with my email address to connect further. -Amy
Outdoor seating, but there are plenty of heated lamps that kept everyone warm. Plus, they have one igloo covered table with a heater in it for a party of 6 to enjoy.
With forced outdoor only dining (and take out) - there needs to be a better set up for outdoor seating - meaning - invest in a tent/awning like other restaurants have done. The heaters are not adequate, especially for any temps under 50 degrees (i.e., winter). Food is great, bevs are awesome and service was great. Once the outdoor seating situation gets fixed, it’ll be awesome!
Dined outside during in-restaurant dining ban. Lovely waitress and kind and appreciate staff. Excellent menu and food and enjoyed the gin they distill on site. Great experience in spite of city dining regulations!
Awesome experience.
Really friendly and professional wait staff, and cosy atmosphere.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! We really appreciate it and hope to have you back again soon. :) -Amy
Ate on the patio, nice and quiet. Food was delicious.
Good food, decent service. Bloody Mary was ok — looked great and spicy.
I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. I wish the inside was open but I did like the patio with the heated lamps. My friend first time there and he really enjoyed the drinks and food.
Food was great!
The imposaible meatloaf is horrible and the rest of the items we ordered were overpriced and mediocre.
Oh no! I am super sorry the Impossible Meatloaf was deemed "horrible" and nothing else ordered was enjoyed. :( I would love to follow up with you and will send a DM with my contact info to continue this conversation. -Amy
It was a big challenge sitting outside in 30 degree F weather with high winds, even using 2 gas space heaters. By the time I was done with my meal 1-1/2 hours later I was still cold and my feet were practically frozen. The food was very good, but really it is impossible to feel comfortable eating outside until the weather warms up.
Hi IndianaJonesDC: I am very sorry the temperature in our tent was super cold during your visit. :( We feel badly this compromised the enjoyment of your experience and lead to a 3-STAR rating overall. This said, I'd love to make this right and will send you a DM with my email address. -Amy
MARK’S JUICY LUCY CHEESEBURGER is worth every $$
Excellent choice for a 6 person group - everything was clean, food was delicious, and our server spoke Spanish, which really helped our group. There were 3 different QR codes on the table, so that was confusing to find the correct one, but we were able to figure it out.
If you have any kind of allergies, you only have like 4 choices left from the whole menu and they’re not willing/able to accommodate. Because they fry everything in the same oil, my dish, which was chicken, tasted like shrimp and fish. It was not enjoyable.
I am very sorry your meal missed the mark this time. :( We know we can offer you a much better experience and I will send you a DM with my contact info to hopefully touch base further. -Amy
Great food, outstanding service! Even in this pandemic, they make it work!
