Enjoy a meal in our outdoor setting and take in the ambiance of being out of the city and transported magically to the South of France.
SEATING NOTE: Requests for indoor or outdoor seating can be made in notes when you make your reservation. Requests will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. As such, same-day reservations will almost always be sat inside as many guests make reservations weeks in advance.
The 5 course tasting menu was great, the flavours were really good and although there was a limited menu they were able to cater for everyone in the group. We each had a cocktail to start which was also delicious. I would recommend this place as a great way to celebrate a special occasion.
We had a lovely night at Farm. We sat on the patio and there was a singer and guitarist which added to the experience. The changing menu is on large boards. Standouts of the night were the clams in a delicious sauce, the sea bass and the sacher torte, but everything we had was delicious including the cocktails. We did not feel rushed at all and the server paced the meal perfectly.
Only disappointment was the Duck, overcooked and not the best piece- leg and thigh
Rest of meal was excellent
This was only our second visit to Farm, which we had very much enjoyed last summer when taken by friends - this time, we brought our out-of-town houseguest, but unfortunately had neglected to request an indoor table when making our reservation - it was a VERY chilly evening, and despite the nearby fire pit and heaters, it was not the most comfortable dining experience.
The food was outstanding and the woman who was our main server was very good - the service faltered when the “junior” staff brought out the courses - lots of “who ordered the beef?”, etc. The servers should know who ordered what, especially with only three of us at the table!
So - lesson learned regarding requesting an indoor table when the weather is likely to be cold - if you don’t, you’ll most likely be seated outside - what do they do when it rains?
Wonderfull place, definitely not your typical eatery more like eating in a cafe in the french countryside. Food was all great with one miss on a side dish but everything ells was great. One our new favorite places for a special night out.
We had the fixed menu and it was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance was cozy and romantic and there was a live singer who added to our enjoyable evening.
Once again our experience at Farm was exceptional. We love the singer. One person in our party had a problem with the quality of her steak fillet. The manager did make things right. Great customer service.
This dining experience was one of the best hidden gems in PSP. We loved the 5 course menu. The singer complimented the ambiance very well!
Will definitely will be back for our next trip to PSP. The food was tasty and good portions too for a very reasonable price. All around excellent place to have dinner.
It was average food dressed up
Fabulous cocktails and food. The portions are large - so American sized. The ambiance is very romantic. There was a guitar player / singer there on the Sat night we went and she was really great; not too loud. I highly recommend this place.
First time experience was all 5 stars (of Max 5). This having been our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised by being offered two glasses of very good Champagne. Classy. Thank you.
Great prix fix menu for a date night. Awesome ambiance and loved the live music toon
Awesome like always
The food was fresh, tasty and inventive and the setting (we were inside by the fireplace) was lovely. The service was terribly slow, and that is why Im giving only 4 stars.
We went to Farm on a Saturday evening for the 5 course dinner, which was a superior experience, overall. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, the food was superb - with the exception of the grilled salmon. That entree was quite oily and didn't have much flavor. One of us had the chicken piccata which was wonderful. All in all, this restaurant is not to be missed if you want to be transported to a rural French farmhouse that oozes sophistication.
Walking in, you enter a peaceful & charming setting. The workers are attentive, the atmosphere relaxes you, and the food melts in your mouth, appealing visually as well as tastefully. Can't wait to return.
This review only applies to the evening prix fixe dinner. It was a disappointment, mainly because of the commonplace entree choices when we ate there. The choices were shortribs, grilled salmon, chicken piccata and vegetarian stuffed pepper. I chose the chicken piccata. The chicken was flavorful but tough, even when cutting it with a serrated knife. The other courses were fine and offered a more interesting selection, but the dinner on the whole fell short of what we expected for the price. We love The Farm for breakfast/ brunch, but won’t return for the dinner.
We always enjoy our time at farm. We go there every other weekends on Sat Night.
Love, Love, Love...
Excellent experience. Food, service and ambient was exceptional
Enchanting evening from the moment we entered the garden setting. Very interesting choices on the set menu, our group selected rack of lamb, chicken piccata, and red snapper as entrees. Five courses, beautifully presented and paced, all fresh, good and reasonable wine selection. All five of us considered it one of our best dining experiences in Palm Springs. We will definitely be back!
Lamb was a quite tough. Bread/crouton upon which the duck confit sat, was too hard to cut through, much less bite. The crispy fish needed more flavor - a bit bland.
Ambience gorgeous, entertainment - excellent.
Everything about dinner at Farm is magical. The food is second to none and priced very reasonably. Great service and the best female singer in Palm Springs to entertain and yet never too loud....
Just TOP QUALITY all around. My favorite dining place in Palm Springs for sure
Such a wonderful place, all was amazing,
Great as always. First time I wasn’t a fan of the French onion soup with the green onions in it or the pound cake as it was too dry
The setting was really great. We sat outside. Because of the ground, our table was very wobbly which made for some difficulty with eating. The food was good but not outstanding except for the Brie. The vegetable lasagna was really good also. Overall, it was good and worth another shot.
We had been in the Palm Springs area for a week and had tried several restaurants. Farm was by far the best meal and overall dining experience. Our server, Chelsea, was excellent. I have already recommended your restaurant to several family members that live in California. We can't wait to go back the next time we are visiting from the East coast.
The first table we were given was broken, with wobbly top and A/C fan was blowing directly on my shoulder. Not sure why they gave us this table as there were other ones available and not reserved. They had no problem moving us however once we requested it. This restaurant serves a three course meal at $52.00 which is reasonable. My dinner was not so great, my husband liked his. The ambiance of the restaurant was great and the singer was the highlight of the night.
All of the people are outgoing and friendly. Have to be on the patio with live music. Love prices fixe that gives you choices. Lobster soup, clams, chicken w smoked mashed potatoes, steak, lava chocolate cake. Ummmm
It was great to sit outside with my Birthday Party goers and enjoy all that the FARM has to offer. Great place, encore is indicated.
Loved it. So great
Food was good, service wasn’t! We waited over 30 minutes for the waiter to bring us a drink. Very disappointed.
Food and atmosphere were outstanding as was the entertainment. Drinks were amazing. Wait staff cold be more educated to make them as good as the food, drink and atmosphere. Very nice and eager just not as educated as one would like.
Delicious as usual. My BFFL loved it!!
The restaurant had an amazing atmosphere. The food was outstanding. We had the prix fixe menu and price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.
We love Farm. It has been a consistent and spectacular place for us. Great choices and a little bit of France. Last night we dined late and we sensed we were at the end of their evening. Service rushed-amuse bouche cucumber was ordinary, mushrooms
Soup was cold, waiter didnt offer wine before entree was served, salmon was cold....we love rhis place and send countless friends here. I know Tac/quila may be taking owners time but come back
and get things back to their original spectacularness back at Farm. I would have sent this directly to Farm but their website doesnt have a feedback section. Fingers crossed next time is better!
Farm always offers an excellent meal in a delightful atmosphere. Selection is broad, dishes and pairings are creative, and everything is as fresh as can be. And live music in the courtyard creates both a romantic and celebratory mood.
We love FARM, perhaps my favorite restaurant in PS. This trip we took a couple of very good friends from out of town to dinner. There was a couple of hiccups in service but nothing serious at all, however one of our dinners was compted, and although very appreciated it was not essential in us returning. It just went further to make us love this restaurant. We will be back soon. Thank you.
Another lovely night at Farm with friends...the weather was perfect and the menu filled with tempting dishes.... all in all a great evening with friends....
Truly a wonderful dining experience! Went for the Prix Fixed dinner and it was tremendous value for $54/pp. The porkchops were some of the best we have ever had. Live music and a romantic ambiance, highly recommended!
