Farm & Craft Scramble
chicken sausage, sweet potato, scrambled eggs and kale
Great service, tasty food, pleasant outdoor dining - we brought family from the Midwest and had a great meal. Will have to come again and try on of those watermelon drinks too!
This is not a white-tablecloth restaurant, but the food is good and nutritious.
I like the intimate atmosphere at Farm & Craft and I think their menu has a lot of delicious options. I rate it as being average/good because the service is slow. And, both times that I've dined there, there are a lot of flies inside the restaurant. It is pretty annoying having to swat flies during the entire meal.
Not for sure our serves name but she was one of the happiest and best servers I’ve had in a long time!!
Our overall experience was not a good one. Unfortunately, we were sat right next to their drink station, which is in the dining room… so, that was awkward when they filled many water glasses throughout our time there, consistently splashing on my friend whom I invited to dinner. We are adult women, not children, and were served our drinks in plastic cups with lids- not one single person at any other table had plastic cups with lids- we are not children and don’t like plastic. Wtf?? The menu had issues loading on our phones and the server didn’t even attempt to provide paper menus or an alternative - just said “I’ll be back when you get them up - try using our WiFi” and she left for another 15 mins. We ordered two bowls and the burger (3 of us). The fried farro bow was very tasty, but extremely spicy - I enjoyed it, but my mouth was on fire and I asked our server 3 times for an additional iced tea - and she only brought it after we paid our bill and were ready to leave (which took additional 20 mins)… good thing it was already in a plastic cup! The side of mashed cauliflower was luke warm if at all warm, watery and had zero seasoning - no white cheddar flavor at all. My friends rustic bowl was very large (about 3 times the size of the fried farro bowl portion, which was also odd), but her salmon looked like chicken - it was white and hard. The burger had zero seasoning and wasn’t hot - like warm. The side of sweet potatoes was inedible- they were raw and hard as rocks. I told this to the server and she just said she would take them off- no apology or alternate option (ie bring another one that was cooked, perhaps?). Additionally, it was incredibly loud - everyone was yelling to their table mates in order to hear (it was Friday night, so louder was a bit expected). Overall, I give this a huge thumbs down. I had high hopes based off of other reviews, but it was sadly a huge let-down for all 3 of us (minus the fried farro bowl). Many options in Old Town…. Skip this!
Very helpful and friendly server, and seemed to be quite a few, but pacing of the meal was still very slow. 45 minutes to get our food, and starter came out with meals. Wine selection is basic with one choice per varietal, mostly. Food was tasty with lots more healthy options and vegetables than most locations.
Great food! Fun vibe! Loved the patio
Not a great experience. First time there. We were served food and sat and waited for utensils with which to eat the food for 20 minutes. The waitress actually said “We run out of clean utensils all the time”. If true...please purchase more utensils. Food was mediocre. Some items better than others. I had salmon and two sides. The salmon was dry and tasteless. The sweet potatoes were good and the tabouleh was dry and tasteless as well. It took an hour to get our main course. Not going back any time soon. I’m hoping this is all due to the short supply of staff at restaurants right now.
Easy and delicious for a quick meal before Lighthouse!
Super friendly service, good food, and plenty of options for those who are gluten and vegan/vegetarian!
Second time here. Interesting menu. A bit like Flower Child and as good or better give the Old Town Scottsdale vibe
Good and atmosphere were fantastic
Great location right in old town with parking garage nearby. Frose was great!
Great healthy food options. Love the cocktails too!
Flies and mosquitos everywhere! Will not return. The food was okay.
First time at Farm & Craft. Nothing to bring us back. Nothing really to brag or complain about (except one thing). Food was nothing special but priced well. Service was eh - had to ask about my drink order and for water refill service. Food came before drinks, which were ordered at the same time. In the meantime, saw others getting drinks that arrived AFTER we did. (Suspect the wait staff never placed the order.) Also had to ask for our bill and then, after waiting 10 minutes and not catching ANY servers eye, got up to leave to pay the bill ourselves. One thing that is worthy of complaining about - the bartender! We sat in a corner table and watched the bartender work (looking for my simple glass of wine). He continually touched his face, stroked his beard, scratched his nose and eyes, and NEVER ONCE washed his hands! Even disregarding COVID conditions, this is totally unsanitary! He also wasn't washing the shakers after each use and his pours, over the ice bin, spilled into said ice bin on several different occasions. Real turn off to order any drinks, especially when one drink costs as much or more than most of the food items.
Good food, great service and small indoor dinning area with an outside patio. I thought the burger was very good and the nachos were solid as well, different from the normal for both but both super solid.
We have been to the restaurant before. So disappointed because the flies and mosquitoes inside the restaurant were alot. This happened last time but I thought a fluck, it was not. Very bothersome when your trying to have a nice dinner. I get their bar extends outside but they have to do something about the mosquito's. No joke I left totally bitten up. Food good, service good. Don't go till they fix that problem and I hate to say that because I want all restaurants to suceed.
Had a great time, food was delicious and service was great! Pricing was a little high on the appetizers for how much actually comes with it but other than that it was fairly priced!
We just wish the staff was masked.
Great food and appreciated the healthier options. It was my second visit and the food has been consistently excellent. I honestly don’t love the atmosphere, it’s a very loud crowd in a small space which Makes it, at times, difficult to carry on a conversation with those at your own table.
Food and drinks were great.
The food was delicious, the people are great, and the space is very cute. We had a great time catching up over dinner and cocktails.
This place was a favorite and I likely wrote some positive reviews about them in the past.
Our experience tonight was different; nothing spectacular regarding the food. Our drinks, appetizer and entrees were delivered at the same time, which meant cold entrees by the time we finished the appetizer.
Evidently there was a clock running, even if the restaurant was barely 20% full at 18:30
We thought we were having dinner in a cafeteria...
But the most infuriating pat was to receive one hour after leaving a note from OpenTable accusing us not to have honored our reservation.
No wonder why so many restaurants are now using competing platforms.
Excellent combinations of FLAVOR. Always incredible everytime we visit. Have eaten here 6 times - never disappoints.
Vegan and gluten free options. Also loved the watermelon drink which came in an actual watermelon! So cool, will definitely be back
This place is a last minute jeans and a t-shirt or get dressed up for a night out! The food is phenomenal! It is light, unless your getting a bowl of the farro Mac and Cheese which would be highly recommended!!! The drinks were on point and the espresso martini was a amazing surprise!
casual fun scottsdale join. want to try their brunch.
This place is alright. But get this..if you are not light skinned, you’ll get talked about and glances at you. It’s not the restaurant, it’s the people there. So for the restaurant review, the service was okay, I had better. The food was decent - they burnt my bacon btw and my friend had to ask for them not to burn it for when his came out.
Great experience over happy hour!
Solid. Service was great, and the food was fantastic!
A strawberry on my pancakes had mold on it. There were flies everywhere. We got the wrong check. Service was slow. Food was so bland and boring.
Great experience, will visit again soon
Ate there for dinner. Had a brief wait for the table but overall a great experience! Food portions were decent and drinks were good.
Great prices, service and most of all the food was extraordinary!
Excellent food, atmosphere and service! Although we didn't get our large table because there were people seated for a while, our waitress was nice enough and added a chair to a smaller one to get us seated on time. She was very sweet and attentive.
Very attentive waiter and service. Food was great
Always love breakfast here
Our server Alex was great, kept up with our witty sarcasm and was attentive yet not overly slow. Not the biggest fan of the giant fake flower arrangement by the front host desk or the roasted veggie pairing with the burrata.
Impeccable service and delicious healthy food
