   What a pleasant surprise! The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Loved the small entree selection of Japanese fusion creations - such a good idea to offer these as taste temptress. The two mains we chose were also perfect. We chose the duck and crisp ribs and they didn’t disappoint. We had Sake to accompany our meal and it was perfect. It’s set price for the food and drink and it was good value.

   Best duck in Hongkong. Nice ambience, excellent service. Due to some larger groups celebrating at the same time, sometimes noisy. But quality of service and food are both excellent!

   This place tries too hard to be hip - there's a live DJ the night we went but the music was absolutely horrendous. Their cocktails were very average. There was a 700HKD spending per head minimum the night. I was happy to spend more as it was New Years eve, but it would have been nice to know in advance. As a result me and my husband ordered more food than we could eat. The food was good, but not good enough for me to want to put up with the horrible music.

   Set menu was, we all concluded having tried these in different parts of the world, deep-fried ripoffs. Unfortunately, not wortt the money and time. I have never given a bad review of a restaurant, knowing the effort it takes: but beyond showmanship, this place has to exert more effort.

   My flight attendant crew and I wanted to experience a night out in central Hong Kong. Fang Fang was able to accommodate a last minute reservation for 8 people. The staff spoke English well so that helped a lot. The service was amazing and the food definitely did not disappoint. The drink menu with Chinese zodiacs added a flare that was fun and delicious.

   The food quality leaves a lot to be wished for, first and foremost it is not fresh. We had a miso aubergine which was not bad but there is not much which can go wrong with an aubergine, soft-shell crab which smelled old and fishy and arrived soggy (served deep-fried). We also had half a duck, the meat inside was tender and flavoursome, however the skin was not crispy and also soggy. There was a good selection of condiments though. The service and the staff in general were very nice, the noise level in the restaurant to high to the point that it is not possible to converse in a normal voice without shouting. For foodies it is a definite no-go, you will only get frustrated. If you’re after somewhat clubby vibe and not into food too much then do go ahead.

    Food was excellent especially the duck with an amazing presentation! The smoked applewood ribs should not be missed. Great service too!
