At Fancy Hank's we serve American-style, slow-cooked BBQ, using the finest quality free-range meats, cooked using our custom-built, 2-tonne smoker. Brisket, ribs and pulled-pork sit alongside the traditional sides as well as a number of unique dishes. We use traditional Southern cooking techniques and combine these with local produce to put our uniquely Australian spin on this regional American cuisine.

Delicious food…everything was full of flavour & refined (for bbq!) The service was great…every staff member we spoke to was happy to be there, super helpful & happy to engage in conversation. We’ll definitely be back

Portions were very small considering the price and the brisket unfortunately was pretty dry but the smoked chicken was really good.

Fantastic service and accommodating staff. Food was good, soft and tender with great flavour. Especially loved the buffalo wings and beef brisket. A platter lets you sample most of it. Not so keen on the QR Code ordering system.

Went here for a birthday dinner. The food was good; we had ordered the Platter for two that had the beef brisket and barbecue chicken. Both were quite tasty. Additionally we ordered the Alabama fried chicken that was scrumptious and a hit with the kids. Alongwith a couple of sides -coleslaw & mac&cheese - it was an enjoyable dinner. The menu is limited in terms of options for meat other than pork. Value wise it was a bit on the pricier side.

The service was amazing, the team gave us their recommendations on food and also steered us in the right direction in which platter to order for the amount of people at the table so we didn't over order.

Delicious, generous serves. I couldn't eat it all, not from a lack of desire. The venue is impressively renovated, taking advantage of the heritage building it inhabits to full effect. The use of technology for ordering and payment leads to a great fusion of Uber eats convenience in a dine-in environment.

Staff were great and attentive. Food was a little slow on the night. Food was great and impressed with the drink menu. Not all the music seemed appropriate. Room is a little noisy when you get an enthusiastic group. But overall had a good experience.

Good food, plates sizes are generous. They forgot our food so long wait, but our section manager was very apologetic and gave a complimentary drinks. Really enjoyed it.
