Celebrating family reunion, couldn’t get reservation for 6 so circumvented by doing for five; waiter appeared to be new to the job and forgot some additional requests. Otherwise okay evening experience

Overall, it's an upgrade from fast food. Service was really friendly & helpful, even though they were short-staffed and rand a little slow. Ribs were done nicely, and tasty but quite fatty. Sides were fine. If you're judicious about what you eat, you can probably keep dinner to about 1,000 calories without dessert. Prices were very modest - 2 people ate dinners & glasses of best wine ($7.49) for $42 + tip.

Good location in Yuma to celebrate a birthday; not crowded at our dinnertime, but quite packed when we stopped in to confirm reservations (past reviews raised this as a flaw); likely due to Canadians heading for the northern border sooner than expected! Salmon was top-notch, as was the braised Texas beef (but unlike the good ol' Alberta beef! A place to return to next year.

We really enjoyed ourselves at Famous Dave’s. We celebrated my birthday with dinner there. Our waitress was very New this was her 4 th day working there and she did a terrific job waiting on us. I know we will go back to Famous Dave’s for dinner

The food and server were very good. The reservation app didn't work! I got a confirmation email with a confirmation number but the restaurant did not have our reservation information. We were a party of eight and the only way we could get seated was to split up in fours at two booths. The manager worked with us for this seating and we appreciated her. The reservation app was at fault, not the restaurant.

Only concern was the on line reservation, it was confirmed, follow up notice arrived wanting to know if we'll attending which was confirmed by myself. Upon arrival at the location I was informed that they do not accept reservations, because it was a special day. They did seat us when they realized I was a little upset. Everything else was good, our waiter was excellent.

The food was okay, but nothing spectacular. The first two chairs that I tried to sit on were both broken and when I mentioned it to the waitress she seemed to ignore me. Then I said to another person who I thought was the manager - you have a broken chair here - and he came over. He ended up taking two broken chairs away. The table was sticky. I think it's the varnish that they use on them that makes them sticky over time. There may be a logical explanation for it, but the stickiness was bothersome since it gave me a feeling of uncleanliness.

I was really disappointed with the management in that NO reservation accommodations were made for our Holiday dinner. I call ahead and was told all the reservations had to be made with Kenny and when our group arrived the staff had NO instructions about the pre-organized sitting. The only priority I had asked for is one group seating in the side room. Our group was crammed into groupings and we were uncomfortably close together. Very frustrating because there was only ONE family in the back room so with a minute of staff communication it could have been ideal. We asked about the arrangements and the on duty manager had no idea and made clear she had NO instructions about our group. When the food came out, the carriers just yelled out the order, no idea to whom the food belonged. My personal experience with the Cajun Chicken Sandwich was the chicken was so hard only a couple bites were possible and the service was so hectic it seemed impossible to return without further affecting the service my friends were receiving. Famous Daves is good with two people but lesson learned on twenty two people. Holiday dinner is our only gift to our team and this year our gift was not at all what we had hoped.

I made reservations for our softball team to have a team dinner here while in yuma for a Tournament. We loved everything about our experience. The large room to ourselves, the service, the food and most importantly our waitresses were super organized and friendly. We will definitely be having another team dinner there again in the future!! Thank you for a great team dinner Famous Dave’s!!
