   I'll start by saying our server was amazing. She was extremely accomodating and just happy to be there in a genuine way. I requested a 16 person table for a 60th birthday party. I put in this request 2 weeks before the planned date. They split us up into three tables near each other - not happy. My brisket was extremely fatty. Our server was the best thing about the place.

   Everything was great with the dining experience. The server was friendly and efficient. And the food was great. The only issue was making a reservation. I had a party of 9 which Open Table said couldn't be accomodated until 8pm when I wanted the reservation for 6. I was able to make two seperate reservations for two tables and asked in the special request section that the tables be next to each other which Famous Dave's easily accomodated. Seemed like an uneccessary step to create two accounts and two reservations. Luckily it all worked out.

   Food was delicious but portions for price was pretty small. We had a reservation for 1230 and when we got there they had seated somebody else in our section and said they were just waiting for them to leave. We were 10 minutes from our reservation and they had even ordered yet. Luckily we had less than our party than expected and they sat us in a different spot. Not the spot promised and arranged previous because of my mom's health issues. Our waitress kept forgetting our order screwed up our food brought the wrong wine and forgot one of the beers for our table. But yet they included the full percentage of the tip in the final price of the food. We had a good time with family and the food tasted good so we didn't complain but will probably make our reservations elsewhere next year for our family gathering.

   Reading the menu my wife and I decided to split the pick 3 . We picked the ribs, roasted chicken and catfish fingers. . Upon arrival of our food we received 2 ribs for $1 upcharge 2!! and a 1/4 of a chicken… NOWHERE on the menu does it say your portions are smaller if you buy more. .. seems like a scam to me! It says 1/2 a chicken on the menu .. and 2 ribs!!!! WTH I paid more for products and got less!!?? Makes a lot of sense. We won’t be back

   I made reservations. It asked me if there was an occasion which I answered yes, a birthday. No mention of by staff & no free dessert. Not sure why even asked then. HBD to me.

   Staff was fantastic. It was for grandpa's 88th birthday and one the great grandkids will never forget. He got his fill of food and drink!
