   African American waitress was bad. We were 3 people, didn't bring us silverware or plates, we asked and only brought us 2 of each. Didn't come back to ask for more, so we all had to share. Only brought us 2 waters and we had to share. Everyone around us were complaining about her as well. Food was excellent.

   Have to say that this was defiantly one of the best experiences I've had at this Famous Dave's location. Service was very good - thanks Skyler! Food, tasty and prepared well with generous portions. I would only suggest that your hostess be more lively, she didn't seem to know what an Open Table reservation was and showing us to the table seemed like a scene from The Night of the Living Dead - come on now, you are a young lady show some pep in your step!

   Our service was PERFECT!!! Food was great and our drinks were never empty. We had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and our service was HORRIBLE so we chose not to tip at lunch….an absolute disaster from start to finish !! Actually ended up calling the Washoe County Health. department regarding Cheesecake Factory. Anyways, I added the tip amount that I didn’t pay at Cheesecake Factory to the Famous Dave’s bill because they were outstanding and I want to keep the money moving in the economy. Great visit!

   We were traveling through Reno and saw a famous Dave’ online. Made a reservation and asked for regular seating but we were seated in the bar instead. We could not even hear ourselves talk to each other because of one person at the bar was talking to other people at the bar 5 or 6 seats away. But the food was great.

   Great time, it was a bit slow which was great for service but we were crammed into a circle table that didn’t leave much room to spread out the amount of family style food we ordered when there was only 2 other tables in the restaurant. Great service!

    the menus is OK But, famous Dave's won the Best in the West Rib Cook Off a few years ago serving pork ribs. I wish there were more pork rib items on the menus.

    If you are not in a booth,they have the most uncomfortable chairs of any restaurant we have been to in the US. Food was average and overpriced. Service was exceptional.

    We found the staff very friendly and tentative, they were prompt with service. The overall food quality was very good, however we ordered the "All American Feast" and thought the Louisiana Style ribs could have been slow cooked a bit longer to soften the meat more but everything else was delicious. Of course we over estimated the size of the feast and struggled to eat it all but it was definitely good value and will feed a group of 4 hungry people no worries.

    What a fun place to dine on Bbq specialties. Brisket and chicken I had was soft and juicy. Table side bbq sauces to add zing to your bites.

    Our waitress was a new employee, I think she was still in training. She provided excellent service and certainly will be an asset to your restaurant. Sorry I don't remember her name, but we were at the Reno restaurant at 11 AM on Saturday April 23, 2022. I hope you can identify and compliment her.

    We made our reservations online. It was easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and efficient. The menu have happy hour special. The food was excellent. It was so good. We finished our food with no leftovers.

    Our server Tonya was excellent. Attentive and friendly. Happy hour selection was good and the chicken wings were outstanding. Just overall a great BBQ place and a good value. Kudos all around.

    The food was awesome! And the portions were more than adequate. Our server was polite, attentive, and even had a nice sense of humor. The value of the meal and service was worth the price (moderately priced). The whole experience was the best we have had since the pandemic started.

    Very personable waitress and others. Food was deliciously prepared and attractively presented. It was a 70th birthday celebration so we had a large fudge and praline sauce ice cream sundae, yummy!

    We went when it was slow and still had to flag down a waitress or get things ourselves for anything we needed. The waiter we had barely showed up. We would have order more food and drinks but we were sick of waiting. The food was really good though.

    We were a little concerned when we entered because there was a sign asking patrons to be patient because they were a little short staffed, but our concerns were unfounded. We were seated on a high top in the bar and our server took great care of us and the wait for food and drink seemed normal, even though there was a large party on the patio. The service was efficient and friendly, the food was delicious and we left happy.

    Great ribs, the 12 rib dinner is a lot. Had plenty left over between two of us for some take home. The beans, fry's, and muffins were fabulous!

    I got the pork with grilled pineapple and garlic mashed potatoes for my sides. Total perfection-not too spicy. The pineapple was fresh and juicy and the mashed potatoes had just the right amount of seasoning. Our server was prompt, knowledgeable and attentive. Our appetizer came quickly. The onion rings were a great way to start. I was one in a party of 7 and our dinners were all very tasty. I will definitely go back to Famous Dave’s and our whole group will be back because that’s our favorite restaurant to all eat together.
