   Average food could have had more butter for the corn. Chicken was well cooked and mashed potatoes were good. The turkey was a little dry but gravy helped We did have a very nice server.

   Waited 10 mins for a table (we had reservations) and another 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us/ ring us water. Requested a booth, yet, “no booths are available”… there were clearly booths available. Empty. A few mins later, a couple was seated at a booth. Food was decent enough… but we didn’t care for their bbq sauces.

   Our waitress was very slow, we arrived at 6-6:30 and our order was taken at 7:15 then we got some very well done chips to snack on at 7:30. It was 7:45 pm before we got our food. So I will not be going back! My grandkids where getting cranky due to waiting so SO long for our food to arrive. At about 7:20 someone gave my wife 2 crackers wrapped in plastic. That held the kids at bay for a while. Then after finishing our food, and got to go boxes, it took another 15 minutes for the waitress to figure out we where ready for the bill. Finally left a little after 8. The mac and cheese was very spicy, some hint of that would have been helpful, rather than my grand daughter spitting out the mac and cheese! The garlic mashed potatoes where fine, so was the pulled pork on my hamburger. But the fries where cold and chewy. Butter for the cornbread was FROZEN! not cold, Frozen.

   Food was good, and the server was very attentive. Other than some pesky flies that kept surrounding our food (we were seated inside, not outside), it was a good spot to meet for a lunch gathering.

   When we arrived for our reservation, I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait for our table. They told me other people were ahead of me. I asked if the other people had reservations and they told me “no”. Not sure what the point of making a reservation is if it doesn’t matter. The host and front manager were very unwelcoming and rude. I definitely do not recommend this location but love the food so a different location it is! Not going back.

    Tables were spaced, but I witnessed a patron at the next table sneeze 3 times into the air with no mask and without covering his face. He put us all at risk and I was completely disgusted. Also the restroom at this location smelled insanely strong of sewer - it was the first thing I smelled before I sat down to eat. The food itself was cooked fine. It is seasoned way too heavily with salt however, which ruins the meat/bbq. My husband also had stomach issues after the meal and barely made it home to the toilet. In all, this was our first time trying to eat out since the pandemic started, and we do not think it was worth it to eat out at a restaurant. We will not be eating out in person again, and we will not be back to Famous Dave's regardless.

    The staff was helpful from reservation to chasing grandpa and his walker after he loved his meal and got away with some left overs. It was an enjoyable experience and we all were first time visitors . Thank you for attentiveness and care to my family.

    I took my mom here for her birthday and it was wonderful. The service was quick and our server came back to check in with us plenty. Our food orders were correct and the quality food was delicious.

    I would absolutely recommend Famous Dave's! We were there with a party of 12 and there was not a pause in service. The orders were taken quickly, the food was awesome and it arrived quickly. And, just as I asked for my check, our server had all the individual checks in his hand ready to hand out. Everyone from the front desk to the server seemed genuinely happy to greet us. Sometimes, restaurants put restrictions on groups but Famous Dave's welcomes our group and does not disappoint us. I don't think I've had a restaurant handle a group as well as Famous Dave's does.     A successful family gathering at Famous Dave’s! This establishment was able to accommodate our group of 15. The service was outstanding- especially that our server was more than willing to handle 5 different split checks! They even had outdoor seating that was available for one of the four-legged members of our family.

    Service was really bad. We were not attended to when waiting for our table. The manager never smiled and was kind of a huge jerk! The food was good and I have had better service in the past, so I will probably give them another try, but I was not impressed this trip

    When we arrived the two disabled parking spots were taken. I do not understand why there's only two disabled parking spots for a whole restaurant. Anyway we did find one nearby that was a regular parking space. When we arrived the place was very busy as was the takeout window. It took us a little while to get our salads but once we got those, the entrees were soon to follow. The brisket was divine the chicken sublime, however the ribs were dry and not as meaty as I like. I would say among the items on my tray that 80% to 90% where perfectly cooked and seasoned. The french fries were awesome and salty. The cornbread was sweet and tender and my kids tell me the hot link was awesome. As the evening went on the crowds die down and the dining experience became more intimate. A good time was had by all at this, my 56th birthday celebration dinner. Overall of course I recommend famous Dave's however I did not get my pickles this time and I wish I had remembered to ask for them. I love famous Dave's food right down to their beans with brisket pieces in them off. We will dine there again for sure.

    Ribs were pretty good but side dishes were really lacking . Fries were really more potato wedges and lacked flavor. Thought it strange to be brought greasy potato chips (like some restaurants bring bread to table). Not opposed to chips but they were really greasy.. This is really touristy type place and you can definitely tell it is a chain restaurant.
