Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. Food and service were good. The one thing that I dint like, was quite disappointing and disgusting. Every food menu, drink menu, appetizer and specials menus. Had dried food and sauce all over them. Quite disgusting considering most of the food you will be eating in BBQ restaurant will be by your hands.....

I reserved a table for 12, then had to call back and see if I could add one more which was 13. They said yes no problem, when we all got there they said they couldn’t put anybody on the end of the table cause of wheelchair reasons , that was fine but they could of told me that I would of found somewhere else, so you couldn’t have one person sit by there self so 4 of our people had to sit in another booth so we couldn’t really visit with the other people in the other booth. Very disappointing. Food was ok but the quantity of food was way down. They just need to be upfront with people when they reserve tables.

Boy came into town to go out for my birthday, so Famous Dave's was perfect for our taste buds. Our server greeted us after waiting 10 minutes. I don't recall him giving his name. Asked for 2 beers and 2 sodas, he served me an Utlra and didn't offer a glass since it was a bottle beer. I had to ask twice for a glass. Food came out fast. However, we had to ask for spoons for 2 of the 3 chili's that were delivered. We had to hunt the server twice for refills and the check. Disappointed in the service, however, the food was good.
