   We went for Valentine’s Day. It wasn’t too busy. We probably didn’t need a reservation. Food was good and reasonably priced. Enjoyed the 13 flavors of lemonade.

   The food which was available was tasty. But the service was very poor, not sure if it was the waiter or the back office but the touchscreen ordering process took more than 10 minutes for our group of 8. The wait after the order was more than 30 minutes before the food was ready. The waiter had to ask a co worker to alert the kitchen to start frying the chicken before he finished taking all 8 orders. He also informed us that no salads were available although they're listed on the menu. And when we ordered the bread pudding for desert we were told it wasn't available since it had just been put in the oven and needed to bake for an hour.

   The service was outstanding and constant. The food was fresh and delicious. There was no wait during the dinner hour and we were seated quickly. Will definitely be coming back.

   Waiter never came by except with bill. Food was cold. Was told rolls come with dinner... we were charged for them.

    The service was slow because there were only 2 servers. Waitress was very nice. It would have been better if the waitress would have at least welcomed us and gave us drinks. It would have been easier to wait for her to take our order.

    Was a little disappointed with the experience. Had higher expectations when we took my mother-in-law to this place. We were surprised by how FREEZING COLD the entire restaurant was... It's as they did not have the heater on and we were freezing to death sitting there for one and a half hours. Our server was lovely, he gave us extra meat as he noticed that the portions of the foods we ordered came out looking really weak. We appreciate him. But I think with how challenging the restaurant industry has been, many restaurants are trying to cut down costs to survive and much of the experiences are compromised. Having said that, the "Burnt Ends" were fantastic.

    We eat at various Famous Dave's all over and were very disappointed with everything at this location. One of our sandwiches was half sized and both were not hot. We had to get up and find our own sauces as the server disappeared. When we finally received a check our server did not know how to apply our "points" and disappeared and never came back.

    Though their menu shrank a bit, they have the good stuff still and it was tasty! The ribs are always amazing and we loved that regardless of what we ordered, we could add on a bone or two. The brisket was perfectly done and the chopped pork was amazing. Everyone loved their meal.

    Our family of six arrived at our 7:00 Open Table confirmed reservation time. We were immediately told that they have not been accepting Open Table reservations (or any online reservations) since COVID hit 10 months ago. I suggested they should maybe notify Open Table of that fact. I have never previously had any problems with Open Table reservations. We were put at the bottom of their existing list. We waited an additional 30 minutes to be seated and then another twenty-five before anyone came by to even take a drink order... btw they were not particularly busy... it was another 30 Minutes before any food began arriving... so about 8:30 we began to eat after having a 7:00 reservation. I am pretty easy going. Still tipped generously, but will probably take a pass next time.

    Would have loved to give Famous Dave’s a better review. We scheduled our reservation with Open Table, only to find out that they do not use Open Table nor will they validate the reservation we made on Open Table. The wait to put our name on their list was 2 hours. Needless to say, we went somewhere else.

    This was my wife and I's first time here and we loved it. It was surprisingly slow for a Saturday night. But the food and the waiter we had was amazing. Best brisket I've had in a minute.

    Food was ok. If you're looking for great bbq, there are better places. If you're looking for commoditized bbq then this would be the place for you. The food is good if you've never had really good bbq, though. The service is really nice and everyone is very on top of their game so I have zero complaints there. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

    Our server, Mandy, was awesome!! She made us feel so welcome and told us all the good things to order because it was our first time at Famous Dave's. My brother ordered a burger and she told us about a code we could get to get the burger for free! She explained all the sauces and was so knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home and we had an awesome experience!

    We arrived at 7 only to be told we had a 40 min wait because they gave our table away. The host was terribly disrespectful. When we were finally seated our server forgot to bring butter. I asked for butter but it was another 15 minutes before it was brought. Finally at the end of the night they accidentally swapped our card with somebody else who lives in Idaho! we are still dealing with the negative effects of what was supposed to be a romantic Valentines day dinner. The food was good but if I ever want famous daves ribs in the future I will order it to go.
