I think I am done with Famous Daves. Every restaurant I went to visit for the past few years has been more miss than hit. I am a huge BBQ aficionado and have been massively disappointed for the last 10 visits. Dried up spareribs that should never leave the kitchen. I'm very picky about my ribs so to get them wrong is a bad thing. The best part of my meals are always the beans. I feel like training the waitstaff differently would help because they are the last line of defense before they make it to the customers tables.

The restaurant was super dirty and the bathrooms forget it really bad. Food was cold and tasted old

Terrible hostes. Wanted to make us wait 50 min (with a reservation in place), we were about to leave when I asked for the empty high chairs at the bar (several empty and acailable) to find out they were available and SHE NEVER OFFERED THEM or suggested them. Now WHY DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE DINING TABLES AND MAKE CUSTOMERS WAIT 50 MINUTES?….. WHAT IS A RESERVATION FOR??

Food was mediocre. Brisket was cold and tuff. Burger was okay. The burnt ends and fries were tasty. Service was quick & our server was friendly.
