Fame Supper Club offers modern American fare, classic cocktails, and live music. Chef Partner Mark Sparacino (owner of River North favorite Prosecco) created Fame’s dinner menu. The globally inspired menu will change seasonally and give diners a chance to see a new side of Sparacino’s culinary creativity.

Adding to the excitement will be a number of interactive presentations such as the Tomahawk Prime Ribeye sliced tableside and Chorizo stuffed Bacon-wrapped Dates presented in smoked glass at guest tables.

Fame’s beverage menu and bottle service program will feature original recipes for classic cocktails, large format cocktails and Instagram-worthy presentations. The Manhattan, a staple cocktail at a traditional supper club, will be smoked tableside with bourbon soaked wood chips.

Solo & duo musicians and DJs with accompanying instrumentalists will be on hand each evening to entertain guests. A curated collection of local art compliments the interi

Beautifully decorated for New Year’s Eve. Prefix menu that was surprisingly excellent. The staff was fully committed to guests enjoying themselves. The manager was excellent and assisted when necessary and worked tables in the best way. Lucas Alexander the musician during dinner was excellent as well. Recommend highly.

The Steak and Shrimp alfredo was really good. Cesar salad was very over priced for the size. They have hand crafted cocktails that were very different from other places. We tried the pina colada baked Alaska, which was also ok. It was frozen solid, so a lil hard to share and cut into. Service and ambiance was fantastic. If I do go back, I would probably just sit at the bar and strictly due dinner and cocktails.

Service was great and the atmosphere is beautiful. We tried the burger, Mac n cheese, broccolini, the tomahawk, bread, crab legs, corn and crispy tuna. Everything was delicious but our steak was over cooked which was a bummer. We ordered medium rare and received medium well. I didn’t want to send it back as it’s a newer place and we still enjoyed it. I will be back for sure.

Nice concept, food excellent, everything that came to the table was really good. Service was a little bit overwhelmed that night, but nothing worse than any business trying to make it in COVID era. Joe the manager that we met at the end of the evening is really pushing for improvements Keep up the great job for that great venue.

The food was excellent. Prohibition chicken perfectly prepared. Campanella Alfredo with Cajun Shrimp delicious. Side dishes (mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, grilled sweet corn) spiced appropriately. The chicken came with wedged potatoes, which were surprisingly good. A female guitarist and vocalist arrived at 7:00 and provided a note of atmosphere to the well laid out decor. Service was good, but like most restaurants today a little understaffed. They made up for it with hustle. Prices consistent with similar restaurants. I rarely review, but my understanding is that they opened a couple of months ago. Saturday night, and most 6:30 reservations were sold out across river north. On arrival the place was 1/3rd full, but we were told they might require the table back in 90 minutes. We were only there for dinner, but when we left at 8:00 they were at 90% capacity. I suspect the place becomes more night clubish later in the evening. Comparable restaurants that come to mind include Catch 35 and Tortoise Club. Overall, good food, atmosphere, and service.

Cocktail snobs beware… Went on a Friday night for drinks at 8:30 (place was in dinner mode; had not yet been converted to a club). Very cool place, with the vibe, decoration, etc., and the service was very good. My issue was with the drinks. Most drinks were $16-20, which is pricy for Chicago, but not outrageous. I chalked up the price to “club prices” but my expectation was for them to be very good. Many drinks were VERY simple. My girlfriend ordered the No Laws, which is literally just a flavored Vodka Soda, and it tasted fine, but don’t call that a cocktail any more than you’d call a Whiskey Coke a cocktail please… I ordered the Manhattan Project, which had a cool presentation coming out in a smoky box, but when I tasted it, everything was off…too much rye and not enough lillet blanc to balance it out. Had the potential to be good but couldn’t drink it, and when the server came I said honestly that I didn’t like the drink, and she offered to get something else, of which I decided to play it “safe” and get an old fashioned. Surely a place like this can make one of those. When my old fashioned came, I noticed it was very red, which Old Fashioneds are definitely not red. Surely, I thought to myself, they didn’t use peychaud's bitters? I tasted it, and yes, they used peychaud's instead of angostura bitters. The drink was ok, better than the Manhattan Project, but I treated it as basically this odd cocktail instead of an Old Fashioned. We left after 1 drink. I’m not saying FAME needs to change their cocktail menu - but whichever mixologist made that menu needs to retrain their bartenders. Going heavy on the alcohol may please people on a whiskey coke or vodka soda while the place is in full “club mode”, but it ruins cocktails which need to be at the right proportions. And bartenders should know how to make an old fashioned. FAME, please read this, and fix your cocktails, or I’d be concerned about guests coming back.
