The food was not very good. A lot of the fruit was very unripe and some items on the buffet were empty the entire hour we were there including the home fries. Other items very not warm enough, waffles, bacon. The omelette bar was good and the person cooking was very organized. Great view of the falls.

The buffet plates are wet and server did not give us a sufficient attention (no water to serve for the first/ dirty dishes didn’t take away/ view side etc). The view was great but the foods & service are disappointing.

Beautiful view, but food variety and quality is one star only. I will not go back to this place again

View and service was great with servers really attentive and all smiles. The food options and quality needs to be improve. Roast and potatoes was a little dry.

The quality of the food was not up to par for the Sheraton at such a key destination site. However the dessert was really nice and staff were friendly. The view spectacular.

The service was excellent. Mano, Rosie and Velma were attentive and made sure our table was clean and drinks refilled. It was an excellent experience.

Food was ok, expected a more variety and options considering the price. No vegan option for dessert - all cakes and dessert had dairy. But Chef brought out sorbet dessert for my daughter .Server was friendly. We paid by visa and added preset amount of tip. Receipt printed out and added an extra $4+ to the tip amount. When I brought this to the attention of the supervisor just to let her know maybe there is an issue with the credit card machine, I was told it was the MAT fee which didn’t make sense because the discrepancy amount was in the tip and not on the bill under fees or taxes.

My family and I had a delicious breakfast with an amazing view of the falls. The most memorable part of the meal was the service. A waiter nearby overheard the conversation with my 5 year old and without hesitation, he brought her a glass of orange juice.
