Everything about this hip restaurant was outstanding. Super cool decor, great service, delicious cocktails and the food was fabulous. Chef Chuck Woods is a rock star. Don’t miss this place!!
Went for a friends birthday and because we notified them of the celebration there were some very special moments added to the night. Super fun and chill environment.
A restaurant in busy downtown Duluth that has some of the best food I’ve had. Definitely recommended to anyone
Beautiful restaurant, food was amazing you can really tell the chef takes the time to focus on flavor and presentation. Staff were friendly and amazing… could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my friend’s birthday.. thank you so much ❤️
First time at falling rabbit with a friend of mine. Absolutely loved it. The ambience was great. We both had the crab cake Benedict and it was so yummy. Deju took very good care of us. We will be back.
Best meal I’ve had in a long time. Everything about the place screams attention to detail and balance. From metal straws and edible flowers in the perfectly blended craft cocktails, to the elegant and fun design in the restaurant it was a start to finish home run. Our food was perfectly cooked (we got four different things because we couldn’t decide). The fritto misto was fried to perfection and the scallop fondue struck the right balance of brine and cheese. The couscous salad had so many flavors and different sauces that I was afraid it wouldn’t work, but that wasn’t the case. It was delightful and so different from the norm. We also had the venison and ravioli.
Home run!! Planning to go back over and over.
Great add to Duluth - you won’t be disappointed!
Bar very cool. Food just not to my taste. Service from our server was top notch.
Service, ambiance and presentation were excellent. Food quality and quantity were lacking. Parking is a real issue for this restaurant and others in the downtown Duluth area. A valet parking option is a must have. Otherwise, only Uber or Lift will work.
Industrial glam, fine cuisine, and dreamy service. What a treat it was last night to experience this at Falling Rabbit in historic downtown Duluth! Impeccable service - from phone service (we were running a few minutes late for our reservation), the hostess welcome, table service, water glass service, the observed bar service, and care for all the patrons - it was, well... dreamy. We could not have selected a more fine experience for us and our dear international friends. Thank you Falling Rabbit staff; you did not disappoint!
Amazing vibe! Excellent food and service!
I had an amazing dining experience! The Falling Rabbit is the Best Restaurant in Metro Atlanta. This hidden gem is located in Downtown Duluth and it’s one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever seen. Barbara & Chef Chuck are doing an extraordinary job! The food here is like living art and so delicious. The entire staff is so courteous and happy to help. Best Dining Experience Ever!
The ambience and decor are very nice although we were on a date which included food. Our server was not very attentive. My wife’s main course came out way ahead of mine. She was halfway through it before I got mine. I had the brisket. What a disappointment. It had a strong flavor of clove and wasn’t very tasty. All the foods were weird combinations of ingredients that didn’t seem to go together. The wine was good and the teeny, tiny desserts were OK. I don’t think I will be dining here again.
Hi, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience. Feel free to reach out with any additional details that we could improve on.
What a gem. I’ll say it’s a new favorite. Culinary delight without being too stuffy. Causal and a charming. Beautiful exterior & interior. Lovely & attentive staff. Every dish was better than the last. We had a lot of food for a tasting experience and it certainly wowed us. The chef even worked around my allergy to nuts. The taste of each dish was so well thought out. The bar did a fabulous job with the drink menu and service. All around it was a two hour delight. Highly, highly recommended it. My only negative is the deposit for cancellation. It’s really not a lot, but it does not take into consideration those who may be in poor health or such. We’ve added a few pics below.
Great food and drinks. Very creative food which is unique for the area. Cool atmosphere. Highly recommend. One of the top meals I’ve had in the Atlanta area in a very long time.
This was our first time here, but we will be back. The concept of multiple courses in a casual atmosphere is lovely. The drink menu it top notch with cocktails that have never been seen before. The food was superb. We couldn’t believe that each dish was better than the last. You will not be disappointed.
Wow!! What a fabulous place! Went for brunch but will definitely have to go back for dinner.
Very unique experience with some delicious food and very fresh flavors. Highly recommended for someone that is interested in trying something new and different, and be pleasantly surprised!
I love the decor. The whole place is a vibe. The food was really good. The food was a good 8 to 7 out of 10. I order the spicy tomato curry. It was good. I also ordered the Persephone. It looked a lot better than it taste. It's not bad, but don't order it unless you like the taste of gin because the other flavors are subtle. The shows stopper for me is the crumpets. The were fresh and almost creamy in the middle. It was paired with natural jelly. That was just the right amount of sweet.
The food was unique and each item was delicious. The service was incredible even though they were short staffed. The cocktails were wild and strong. Best meal I have had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back!
Food was delicious, definitely a hidden gem. Our waitress, (I think it was Lauren) was phenomenal. Everything she recommended was super tasty!
This place continues to amaze me! Second visit and so worth it! If there were more than 5 starts on the scale, they would get every single one of them!
Cocktails are a work of art and the food is a culinary journey which excites your tastebuds in ways I’ve only experienced in Michelin Star restaurants. The layers of flavor and combination of textures packed into each bite makes for an unforgettable experience.
I will be back, with friends in tow.
Absolutely the best date night experience my husband and I have ever had! Our first time at the restaurant last night for our 10 yr anniversary and it will not be the time for sure! The food was absolutely beautifully plated and prepared! The staff was so knowledgeable and amazing! I love this place! Thank you for such a great experience everyone!
Deja was the GOAT! Thanks for making my girlfriend's birthday truly special!
It was me and my wife's first time and was for her birthday. We had a great time, Deja was amazing.
We've had brunch here on a Sunday and we were blown away by the food. Dinner is even more amazing. Beautiful food presentation and the flavors of the meal are out of this world. So delicious and full of multiple flavors in every bite. Cocktails are impressive too.
Great food and great service! Definitely will be coming back!!
A nice new offering! Good food and service was notable. The watermelon salad should not be missed. Cocktails were also nice.
Great dinner location. Enough noise that you don’t feel like you are in a library but quite enough to have great conversation with the people at your table.
Food was fantastic. Small portions for the price but great taste and presentation. Unique offerings but not so “foodie” as to be pretentious.
Brisket was awesome as were the oysters. The venison and noodles were a surprise combination but was so delicious.
Deserts, we ordered all four. Coconut cheesecake things were scrumptious but the apple fritter on goat cheese ice cream (sounds nasty just typing it out) was AWESOME x 100!
The cocktail menu was legit. I ordered a bourbon Negroni and when they waitress delivered it she said “here is your boulevardier”…90% of decent bartenders don’t know that is the name for the drink, thus why I asked for a bourbon Negroni. They had a three tequila and habanero cocktail that was mighty fine.
Expensive but worth it. Highly…HIGHLY recommend Falling Rabbit.
The overall menu was very creative and fun. Highly recommend this to everyone.
Absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible. It was the Sunday brunch menu and I had the tomato curry eggs. I’d highly recommend that! The service was quick, cocktails were perfect and I’d go back any day.
Dined with our 11 year old daughter, a well-behaved, adventurous eater, who was treated like a treasured guest! Dinner was delicious!! Oysters, brisket for the carnivores, Brussels sprouts and pappardelle and crumpets for those who don’t enjoy meat! Everyone was happy! Beautiful restaurant!
What an awesome dining experience. This is our new go-to special date spot. Food and ambiance was fantastic.
Food doesn't match the ambiance and overall experience. Great setting and service. Food was creative but not great. In this price range we expected excellent food, it wasn't. And the highest corking fee I've paid ($30). But we will give it another try just in case it was an off night in the kitchen.
The chef's passion for his craft shows in the dishes he creates. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere were incredible and made our date night special.
Food was not very good and way over priced. They also ran out of menu items.
Cute interior. Food was uneven. My dining partner's watermelon salad was outstanding, a unique blend of flavors. My tempura spring onions were so vinegary they burned my mouth and I couldn't finish them. Points for creativity in both plates, though. We both then had the halibut entree, which was buried deep in (too much for me) corn chowder. My partner loved it, to me it was meh. The fish was cooked nicely. We don't drink alcohol but the cocktail list seems really interesting. Other options are slim. They have no iced tea (except Minute Made, what?!) nor decaf coffee-- I would think standards for a southern fine dining experience? Our waiter was super sweet and attentive. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, which I appreciated. I would go back and try other things. I prefer a risk-taking chef and menu experience to the predictable same-old; so again, big points for creativity.
This place was amazing!!!
The wait staff was so friendly!
They thought of everything!
It was my daughter’s birthday and without me asking we started our meal with homemade apple fritters and singing happy birthday!
There was also a card withing her happy birthday when we arrived!
Seriously, this was an incredible experience!
