Simply incredible all around. Friendly, welcoming, fun, and fantastic food and drinks
Celebrated my 18 Anniversary here with Brunch. Will be back. Delicious food, great service!
Delicious food; whimsically elegant decor - great spot in downtown Duluth!
Great experience and great food! Make sure to try some Crumpets!!!
Food here is AMAZING!! GREAT little find in downtown Duluth of all places. Very creative and EVERY dish is so tasty! Servings are large which is great...so everyone can taste everything. Owner spent time at Girl and the Goat in Chicago and the food there is incredible, so knew this place would be good, but had no idea it would be as good as it was. Home run!! Going back soon!
Nice people working but slow and under par drinks. Food dishes were expensive for all the filler (corn, grits) and charging for bread was not appreciated. Appetizers were ok. Mushroom tempura was very good. Oysters were nearly invisible and ridiculously expensive for only four.
I love this restaurant. This was my 3rd time eating at Falling Rabbit and I have to say it is my favorite restaurant outside the perimeter. The service, drinks, and food are consistently fantastic. This is a perfect spot for a date night or any kind of celebration. The only draw back is that there just isn't sufficient parking in the area, so get there early!
It was wonderful, I work with one of the owners, & he helped me set up on how to make a reservation.
The ambiance was new and refreshing, the food was so worth it, everything was a new taste I’ve never had before, so unique. And the service was phenomenal.
I hope to come back for dinner time to see a different experience!
Awesome super incredible atmosphere
Menu is ever changing, and quite transparently, my palate is not familiar or experienced with many of the items
So my best review is that this restaurant is recommended for everyone to try because the menu maybe an exact fit for you, or it might not, but how will you know if you don’t try?
The menu was very eclectic but every item we tried was delicious. The chef and mixologist combine ingredients that wouldn’t ordinarily pair but it works! The ambiance was fun, airy and festive.
Downtown Chicago or downtown Duluth, GA... you couldn’t tell. Falling Rabbit is great!
The restaurant is great
Food was delish, service was ok. Very delayed clearing of our dirty plates after we asked to have them cleared because we knew our main dishes were coming out and the dirty plates were in the way. Had to ask for a clean set of silverware. Kinks need to be worked out but very cool ambiance and great food for Duluth GA
Hi Helen! Thank you for the feedback, I'm sorry that the service was lacking for your visit. I will make sure to speak with the servers about the importance of table maintenance, to assure this is not a regular occurrence. We hope to see you back soon to make a better impression!
Fantastic Brunch! Would definitely recommend to all.
Absolutely stunning space. Our service was good after an initial snag where nobody came to serve us for quite awhile. Food was good but not great. Seemed to be complicated for the sake of being complicated. The complexity didnt seem to bring additional flavors. The meal simply left us wanting more. For finer dining the portions were ok. Especially at this pricepoint I expect better. Honestly, I dont think we would go back. There are simply many better resturants around for this price.
Falling Rabbit is a diamond in the rough offering a unique casual fine dining experience to Duluth locals. Located across from the Duluth Town Green it has indoor and patio seating using a design theme of of French meets Alice in Wonderland. Both the dining and drink menus offer tasty surprises that are a joy to sample. If you are with a group who are ok with sharing then I would suggest varying your selections even if it may fall outside your typical choices. You will be pleasantly surprised to find everything as delicious as the next in their own way.
Love the ambience and the food was delicious!
Deja was our server and she was amazing!! We were celebrating an amazing achievement of a dear friend and every one at the restaurant made her feel so very special!! Your staff went above and beyond my expectations! The food was delicious!! Thank you all!!
Delicious drinks and unique menu. Beautifully decorated! Can't wait to try their brunch.
Delicious food. Oyster appetizer was great but oysters were very small and pricey.
Excellent food, excellent service
The food was absolutely delicious! We picked a dish from each course and shared. The oysters could have used some acidity but that might be a personal preference. The Satsuma Sunrise cocktail was very good. We are definitely planning to come back to try the other dishes!! We got so excited we only took pictures of two dishes.
I don’t leave text reviews, so know I mean it. This place is a destination. Flavors, ingredients, imagination, execution, and to me a certain creative perfection. I’m sure Chef will go far. Happy to be here at the start of an amazing career. I’ll be following Chef Woods!
We truly enjoyed Sunday brunch. We look forward to our next and to try other menu items.
The Restaurant is very cool looking , clean and well appointed.
The server was great.
The food is a bit heavy, lots of fried and heavy carb entities.
The Croquets had way too much oil and I was surprised that the
mushrooms were layered in batter and fried as well.
If the chef could lighten up these entrees a bit , the taste and the "stuffed" feeling afterwards would improve would defintly warrant a return visit
The steak was awesome and cocktails very innovative. Great place for special occasions or wanting to splurge
The experience was very good. My only complaint is that the portions were small. I'm a growing boy. Ambiance is very nice.
You don’t go to Falling Rabbit to get a deal. You go there to enjoy an exceptional extraordinary meal, which is what we had.
The food here exciting and full of interesting flavorful combinations and surprises. Well worth the (albeit not cheap) cost. Portions are medium sized, so expect to take a to-go box away. We will be back.
Very nice casual dining experience. Everything was perfect and made for a great experience. Prices were on the high side but within expectations given the level of quality across all areas. This will be on a very short list of places I would consider for a fine dining experience. I am excited to go again.
Loved the ambience, the food was great. Portions are a bit smaller, but excellent quality.
Good experience for something different. Menu is limited and portions are smaller for the price. Our waitress was great although the bar seemed very slow for drinks. Probably wouldn’t go back anytime soon.
Enjoyed the ambiance and decor but it’s a little on the noisy side to really enjoy conversation.
We made a reservation through Open Table obviously - but upon our arrival were greeted by a host that was not too friendly. There were many empty tables inside but she insisted on seating us at a table that was ridiculously close to another table with people at it. We asked if perhaps we could sit outside as there were available tables with plenty of room to distance and she mentioned that she didn’t know why Open Table kept allowing people (us) to make reservations and that she could not accommodate us outside. Talk about starting off on the wrong foot.
Service was SLOW and the restaurant did not seem overly busy. Food was average and components of our meals were cold. They also forgot our potatoes and brought them out after we mentioned it and they too were cold.
The decor is beautiful, whimsical and fun. Ample parking.
Special birthday dinner with out of town guests!! TRUE outdoor patio dining. Food was excellent. Great for any customers that are Covid conscious.
Wonderful food and service
Amazing place with wonderful food❤️
The food was really good. The vibe was nice. The service was excellent. The drinks were amazing!
Service was excellent was well as the craft cocktails. The oysters were delicious! Some of the food items had too much salt while others might have needed more. Overall pleased with my experience and will come back to try other dishes.
Thank you for the review!
Loved the concept and photos when I was searching nearby restaurants. It was as I was hoping. The exterior and interior were like a funky, whimsical, old living room. Reminds me of the classic Alice in Wonderland but less quirky and more comfortable. The changing menu will keep us returning, and having a small but relevant menu is easy for sharing. Loved the cocktail list as well. Excellent service from our servers, even bringing back information from the bar to make a selection. Posted on IG and Facebook, and many friends have this on their list.
Thank you for the review, Jen! We can't wait to see you again!
Absolutely loved this restaurant and highly recommend. From the drinks to the food, everything was delicious
Thank you Elienai! We can't wait to see you again!
