The best of the best in uk thank you Om Waleed ♥️
It was a lovely but the door wasn’t closed properly and it was freezing..
We had to keep closing it ourself.
The food was great and the staff really nice.
Lovely place to eat.
We attended the branch on the 13/11, very impressed by how attentive the staff are. The service and food was impeccable. We will definitely be returning to this branch. We’d like to give our special thanks/appreciation to zaneb (sorry if it’s spelt incorrectly) she was brilliant, made us feel very valued :) would definitely recommend paying this branch a visit!
Having never eaten in Fait Maison before we thought that we would give it a try and boy we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely excellent. We started with a soft cheese in filo pastry rolls (4 on a plate so ideal for sharing for a couple). The main course was to die for as my wife had the chicken biryani (more than enough for 2 people) and I had the lamb maklouba and they were superb. the portions were so generous that neither of us had any room for desserts as I would have had the pistachio heaven. All in all I would say that we had an excellent experience and would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Albert Hall as it is only about 10 walk from the venue. We are already planning a return visit when we next visit Albert Hall.
The food was really good compared to other places in London. Was a lovely experience and will be returning
Wouldn’t go again, food was not good. Do no recommend going
The middle Eastern brunch menu was interesting, delicious and good value, however the cost of the hot drinks were quite expensive.
The venue was beautifully laid out, however it was a shame the front door was constantly often left open. It was a cold day (in November) and we had to get up a few times to shut it ourselves, despite servers noticing this themselves, which affected the ambience of the place.
The service generally was very warm & friendly, but it was quite slow and very dis-organised.
Overall a good experience, but I wouldn't go back if it was a cold day.
Had a reservation at 1900 before going to the Royal Albert Hall. There were two other occupied tables when we arrived early 2 ladies and one staff having their break. Before we could say hello or give our booking details the waiter said we are closing in 30” with a face that said don’t eat here I want to go home early. We said we wanted to be quick anyway as we were going to the theatre. He begrudgingly gave us menus. We tried to order but had disappeared outside. Got our food mine was hummus and pomegranate which was covered it so much yogurt you couldn’t find the other ingredients and my friend had chicken with rice which was ok. After our food came they started clearing the other tables then mopped the floor around us and the other ladies. We were all laughing together yes we get the message please leave! we decided to go without dessert which is the main reason you go to Fait as we felt so unwelcome. I would say just open for lunch it’s more of a tea and cake place anyway there are plenty of other options on this road.
Ambience, service and food fantastic ! The service was really good and the food was fresh and delicious.
Recommended for breakfast as the breakfast menu is delicious
Absolutely beautiful food and service was impeccable.
Good food/ good place / gooooooooooooooooooooooood
It looks quite nice, but the food was average. It was forgettable.
There was no service with a smile. Waiter took ages to come give us the bill. The desserts were very sweet and over priced. Asked for a birthday message to be written on a dessert which never happened. Would definitely not come back.
Excellent range of food and drink at reasonable prices and exceptional taste. The main factor bringing down our review for this restaurant is the service, the staff were rude and when we tried to complain they shrugged their shoulders.
Fait Maison looks to be only tea and patisserie from the outside and decor, however we had a very tasty and wholesome evening meal of very large proportion (had to take some home!). The staff were very polite and kind and it was a lovely quiet place to have our meal after a concert at the Albert Hall, a short walk away.
I loved it here! My friend and I went for breakfast and the food was incredible. The ambience was so relaxing and calming, and the decoration is stunning. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Fait Maison.
The service from the waiters was amazing! They were very helpful and advised us what type of preferences they have towards food! They gave an excellent surprise for my friend after the request i have provided because it was her birthday! The place looked fantastic with flowers and the colours just made the place look colourful. Overall it was a great experience! I would recommend for other people to go to this place!
it was one of the best experiences I had ever for a brunch. will definitely come back xx
I arrived there to be told that they were closed due to refurbishment.
I’m not sure why my booking was accepted. I travelled there via train with a friend and her 2 year old.
The staff were amazing especially Zaynab she is friendly and goes beyond in delivering great service and creating a special atmosphere thank you
Nice staff , beautiful food , beautiful Turkish coffee cups & plates . Love this place .
This place was amazing the food was fantastic, thank you soo much for the hospitality me and husband will insha'Allah be coming back..
Great options for vegetarians and really lovely warm service, will be going again!
The chicken biryani was delicious, and so was the Fetta. Quite overpriced for what you get but its considered middle eastern "fine dining".
The food is absolutely amazing
I would recommend to share a portion between 2 people because the portions are massive
Pretty restaurant, good service , fresh food
Definitely going gain
Beautiful cafe and very welcoming. Food was delicious and the menu is halal too with great variety to choose from. Great location and lovely interior /exterior. Will definitely return
When I arrived. Even though I had booked, I had to wait for a chair. I had a table, just no chairs to sit on. Had to wait an extra ten minutes before he dragged a free chair over for me to sit. I also didn't feel safe as it wasn't sanitised after someone had sat on it either.
It then took forever for someone to take our order, we had to flag someone down. Once the order was placed, it took over half an hour just to get our glasses of water. And then maybe another hour before our food arrived. Also, I had the eggs royal, the eggs were overcooked and overall, the food quality was not that great. This place is good for the gram, but not so much for those who like to actually eat.
Great Food, highly recommend this place as someone who eats out regularly in London
