We decided this was the best way to visit Lake Louise without being crammed on a shuttle bus and herded around like cattle with hundreds of tourists. We made a reservation for afternoon tea yesterday, the only time available was 12:15 which turned out to be perfect. I called to confirm we could park on property and was told we could come 30 minutes before the reservation and stay an additional hour after tea. We had to pay $45 for self parking but it was well worth it. Because we came early we had a beautiful view right by the window. Kevin our server was great, very pleasant and attentive. The finger sandwiches, scones, pastries and tea were all delicious! It was a delightful experience. After tea we sat outside on the property inside the private gates of the property and took in the scenery and amazing views without being shoulder to shoulder with tourists. It was perfect.

Dirty seating area full of the previous tables crumbs, would have expected better from Fairmont. Service was slow. Food was ok. View was beautiful.

A fantastic view with good service and food. It's on the pricier side, but know that you're paying for the view and the service.

Picturesque views of Lake Louis, excellent service, delicious tea, beautiful desserts, tower sandwiches, scones, and desserts just ok but nice presentation.

A very nice presentation with delicious offerings in both tea and food. the view, if you get a window seat is marvelous.

Sonia was our hostess and she was an excellent hostess. She checked with our allergies and made sure it was taken care off. The food quality and presentation is superb. They leave you alone to enjoy the tea and the surroundings. We were facing the lake Louise and Victoria Glacier at the far end, lovely view and had wonderful time. We could not get to desert and they packed for us enjoy later. One of most memorable event of our lifetime.
