We had an incredible experience at the Fairmont. The decor was magical and the service was outstanding. Ryan, our server, overheard the news of our engagement and went above and beyond to get us complimentary champagne! Amazing time overall.

Food was good. No kids meals though. There was also no atmosphere, which was disappointing on Christmas Eve.

RIVERVIEW room was not private as other guests were going through with no privacy. Service was poor with no interaction. Turkey dinner was moderate.
